Jack was lying on his cot, working on a crossword puzzle. He can across one clue that read 'Hostile aliens that seek to conquer another world', eight letters. The colonel chuckled to himself.
Guess it isn't Goa'ulds, he thought. He penciled in the answer, invaders. O'Neill then looked at the clock and groaned. It would be another couple of hours before 'The Simpsons' came on, which was a repeat of last year's 'Treehouse of Horror' episode. A definite watcher for Jack. He tossed aside the crossword puzzle and pencil, rubbed his face and groaned out of boredom. |
