credit EEELIINA/thus (Posted Image) The MTV EMA Party Never Ends! Since 1994, the MTV EMA has brought together music fans from across the globe to celebrate the latest and greatest worldwide in rock, pop, hip hop, alternative, and too many more genres to count. Every year, YOU, the fans, pick the winners of the coveted EMAs! And every year we throw a giant party in a different city, where audiences watching around the world are treated to amazing (or should we say EMAzing?) performances by superstars who have included U2, Madonna, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Shakira, and, well, too many more to count! Browse through a mother lode of EMA history, trivia, videos, and photos, from our very first show right up to the extravaganza just past—including bonuses like backstage footage you didn’t see on TV! Relive years of one-of-a-kind EMA memories right here...and start looking forward to seeing how we’ll top ourselves next time! (Posted Image) 2007 - OlympiaHalle Stadium, Munich One of the most talked-about EMA performances of all time took place in Munich, where Tokio Hotel, winners of the year’s InterAct EMA, performed ‘Monsoon’—under a shower of rain. This year also witnessed the late, great Amy Winehouse’s first and only EMA performance; she took Artists Choice honours at the event... (Posted Image) 2009 - O2 World Arena, Berlin The 15th EMA’s return to Berlin, where it all began, drew a jaw-dropping lineup that included Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Green Day, the Foo Fighters, Shakira, U2, Leona Lewis, and Tokio Hotel. Beyoncé was also the night’s big winner with three trophies, and thanked hubby Jay for ‘putting a ring on it’. Awww!..

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP 2012 PETA CAMPAIGN
http://tokiohotelstreetteam.co.uk/2012/03/...-2012-campaign/
On 22 March 2012 Bill and Tom posted on their BTK App that they’re supporting the European Championship 2012 PETA campaign to “Stop the Mass Dog Killings in Ukraine!”
Granted, their poster doesn’t feature a new picture but it’s still a great cause and the slogan reads: “Stop cruelty to animals for the European Championship 2012!”

| QUOTE ("tetric") | Vnlasteamer on THA summed up the Pro7 video like this:
They laid out what has happened in very critical, restrained tones. All of the passersby that they spoke to believed that Jörg was acting because of money issues, not genuine concern. The Bravo editor also views it critically - he states that often when divorced parents of famous children suddenly enter the picture, it's generally nothing positive, but rather always a question of drama and second-guessing whoever is involved in the child's life and choices, and he thinks money could also play a role. Later he emphasizes that we don't know if the text was actually sent, and if it was, it's also totally unclear what it actually means - it could relate to the family's past or the professional past or any number of things.
Then the video offers a few examples of other stars who had problems with their families because of parents who were trying to control the money or whatever. |
