The Browncoats and The Terran Lunar Union agree to the following Intelligence Treaty:

* No action will be taken which undermines the sovereignty of either alliance.

* No act of aggression will be sanctioned against either alliance.

* No action will be taken which infringes upon the privacy of either alliance.

* We will share relevant information with each other openly.

48 hours notification is required to peacefully terminate this treaty.
This treaty will be immediately terminated if any of the above terms are broken.
