Rules:

- Host can be either play, but does not have to be. If the opposing player requests the host not to be a player due to delay fairness, then an outside host must be used and this outside host must of course go spectator.

- One or two spectators are allowed, under circumstances they aren't secretly in an competitors ventrillo section

- Ventrillo can be used and it is recommended that both competitors be in the same ventrillo channel, although ventrillo does not have to be used all by either competitor

- game mode must be -apshom

- Sentinel is chosen on the schedule, the first name in the match is declared to the sentinel side

- Sentinel player must pick the correct hero

- Host must select 4 computer players on each team, before the game starts, this restricts starting money from 3k to 300 or what ever

- Game is over when enemy player rage quits, or world tree/home is destroyed

- Only one round shall be played unless host lagging or early early game disconnections

- Games can be played at any time, demos and screen shots should be taken to prove victory

On the other note, you might see two heros faces for each round. The first hero was chosen by myself, the second hero was randomed by stainless. We need decisions made before the tournament starts, not while the tournament is running. The options are as follows, just vote on one each matchup!

witch doctor or jakiro
potm or doom
rhasta or obs

also if you can agree on picking a new heor for a round, this will also be considered. These were just ones I could think of
