There's no way Alex died. He gained the power of a god. I doubt a mountain is enough to stop him. Besides, I've been wanting to beat that guy's ass for a LONG time.

You know, Alex tries to take over the land below Gaia falls, but there's new heros. Maybe a cameo by the former protaganists but nothing more.

Yeah, but all 4 of the lighthouses were lit and the Golden Sun has risen once more. Actually, with that said, the power of alchemy has been unsealed thanks to that, and sadly we didn't even get to see such powers put in play. =/
