About as much as Avatar is considered an anime. They both are pretty borderline.

Outside of the fighting scenes (which remind me a lot of Cowboy bebop and such, props to Madhouse), not really. It's like E said.

I don't know about them censoring the N word, it's more that they censor 2 episodes in which the creator fires shots at BET, because they're not entertaining the black community, but are breaking it down. One has Huey going on a hunger strike against BET, another has Uncle Ruckus having his own show on BET.
Man, that's some ol' bullshit.

One of the only shows worth watching on AS nowadays (or the only show). I don't hear much talk about the 2nd season. Probably people forgot about it.
