I looked in my FLCL and he called the robot "Canti". Also what exactly is the kid's name on the back it says Naota, but at the beginning the smoker girl calls him Takkun. What's his name and what's the robot's name? Canti or Kanchi? Takkun or Noata? It's all very confusing.

It is confusing. FLCL will do that for you, especially if you arn't familiar with Japanese culture.
There is no "C" in the Japanese alpahabet. There is no "Ti" either. Therefore, "Kanchi" is the closest you can get with the language. They are trying to say "Canti" though. Naota is his real name. Kun is a suffix put at the end of a name. Kun is used for young boys normally. San is older boys and all girls. Chan is a pet name sort of. Sensei is a respecting word for more knowing people then you. Senpai is someone you look up to. I would be "Naoki-san" preferably, although Makashi-Sensei calls me Naoki-kun... Ta was the nicknmae for Naota's older brother in America. Ta-kun. Get it? |

So Takkun would be his brother and the Canti/Kanchi thing is just translation? Ok. Thanks for explaining. Even after finishing I didn't quite understand what had happened with the war.

The war? You mean the Galaxy thing? MM plans to destroy earth with a giant... iron =p
They use it to flatten out world, and recreate a new one. They can only use the iron with the power of Atomsk. |

Atomsk? I may have to reread this, but after I get Chobit's #7, I've got #8 but I can't read it yet since I don't have 7.

What? I am talking about the books. I have the Chobits Perfect Collection, all 27-or something- episodes. It's in english though so you would hate the voice acting, I get used to it because it is all I have heard but I would probably not like it as much if I heard the Japanese-ness of it.

I like to physically have it, that's why I am buying MegaTokyo, I like hard copies, but I am also saving the pictures of ones not in the books so I can look at them anytime I want.

Like I've said before, my computer often goes slow or lacks to at all. And I don't have much time except late at night when I don't want to read comics, I like to read magazines at night.
