Powers:

+ Chronokinesis - At the moment pretty much all that she can do with this power is freeze time. It is usually triggered if she gets scared or startled and she has yet to figure out how to get things to unfreeze without it just happening on its own. Things tend to stay frozen for less than a minute too.
+ Retrocognition - She has the ability to see glimpses of the past, though like her other powers she has little to no control over it. The visions just sort of happen when she touches something or brushes against someone.
+ Precognition - She also has the ability to see glimpses of the future, though again she has little to no control over it and they come from contact with something. She can't even like will it to happen yet.

Celebrity Face: Alona Tal
Hair: Rhiannon has long hair that is a shade of golden blonde. Some strands are a rich gold and others are almost so blonde that they start appearing almost white. If she spends a lot of time in the sun, her hair seems to take on more of the highlights and when she doesn't it tends to be more of a richer blonde with just a few highlights dispersed throughout. Her hair hangs to her mid-back and is incredibly fine. The fineness of it tends to make it look wispy a lot of times and she hates having to do anything with it since it tends to not really hold any styling all that well. She usually just lets it hang loose unless there is a special occasion and she tries to get as much body out of it as she can, though that really isn't saying much.
Eyes: Her eyes are a beautiful shade of golden brown that just seem to stand out against her pale hair and pale skin. They often have a look of innocence and naivety to them and there is usually a warmth to them, unless of course you have managed to make her angry. Then her eyes tend to get rather cold. They are framed by long eyelashes as well and she tends to avoid wearing makeup unless she really has to.
Height: She stands only at five foot four inches tall.
Body Shape: She has a petite frame that seems to fit her height rather nicely. She has narrow shoulders as well as slender arms and legs. She has a small waist and doesn't really have a lot of the curves that most girls her age have. She definitely doesn't have what you call an hourglass figure and her chest is definitely on the small side. She is perfectly alright with her somewhat boyish figure as well.
Clothing: Rhiannon has never really been one to care what was trendy when it comes to clothing. She wears whatever she feels comfortable in and whatever she likes regardless of what other people think really.
Torso: She practically lives in t-shirts and tank tops really. Her t-shirts tend to range from slightly baggy to like baby tees. They sometimes have bands on the front of them or funny sayings or old logos, yet some of them are just simply solid colors or striped. Her tank tops range from thicker straps to spaghetti straps and everything in between. She prefers comfortable materials like cotton over anything else as well.
Legs: She practically lives in jeans and owns quite a few pairs. Not only are they probably the most comfortable things in the world, but they tend to make her butt look great. Hell, they actually make her look like she has a butt. She will occasionally wear a skirt though it is very rare really. They are usually pleated and rather short when she does though and it would not be weird for it to be plaid.
Feet: She is most comfortable in tennis shoes like her Chuck Ts or Rocket Dogs. She rarely wears anything else really. She couldn't even imagine wearing a pair of heels either unless she really absolutely positively had to and even then it probably wouldn't be pretty to see her walk in them.
Other: Her skin is the shade of a porcelain doll and it rarely ever tans, though she does burn from time to time if she is not careful. She just has to make sure that she is wearing sunscreen whenever she is going to spend a lot of time in the sun. She has a bit of a square face with a slender nose and somewhat full lips. Her cheekbones are not clearly defined and her cheeks tend to have a bit of a rosy shade to them naturally.

She has no scars or tattoos at this point and doesn't really plan on getting any ink done even though there are some really good tattoo artists in Chicago. She has never really been a fan on jewelry but she will occasionally wear a single necklace or perhaps even a ring though never at the same time. She doesn't have any piercings, not even in her ears.

She tends to be fairly minimal with the makeup that she wears as well. She will usually be wearing some sort of lipgloss simply because she likes the way it feels and not so much how it looks. She will also usually wear mascara and occasionally eyeliner but that is about the extent of her makeup. Though her fingernails tend to be painted almost constantly and more often than not they are black in color.

Overall Personality:
Rhiannon was born under the sign of the twins, which is rather fitting considering the fact that she herself is a twin, though there is definitely a bit of a difference between her and her brother. She is one of those people that likes to see everyone around her happy though not to the point where she makes it her duty to make sure that they are. If someone that she knows is having a bad down or feeling a bit down though she will spend some time with them either talking, joking, listening, or just sitting in silence with them if it is going to help them.

She is a somewhat opinionated young woman and has strong beliefs in everything from likes and dislikes to politics to religion and everything in between. Though she does not believe on forcing her opinions on others but its actually quite the opposite. She encourages the people around her to express their own views and actually thrives on it since it means that she will have people to banter back and forth with and that is always fun.

She absolutely adores learning new things and well learning in general really. There are few subjects that she doesn't like, though they definitely do exist, and she has always been one of those people that almost looks forward to going to school. She actually cannot wait to start college, though that is partially because her major is going to be so freaking cool and fun.

More often than not, she has the tendency to be a bit restless. She has a problem sitting still for more than a second really and that can be a bit annoying for people since she is always tapping a foot or drumming her fingers or something. Her life tends to be ruled equally by her emotions as by her logic. She hardly ever does anything even as remotely impulsive as her brother does, but she doesn't necessarily over think everything through either. She sort of falls in the middle somewhere.

She loves to talk to new people and she is just a good person really. She is friendly to most, unless of course they give her a good reason not to be. She is always there for her friends and family so as long as you don't mess with one of them, she is usually cool with you. She is not exactly the girliest of girls but she cannot really be considered a tomboy either. Sure she loves sports and hates shopping, but she would never actually play a sport and she will occasionally allow her friends to drag her along to the mall. She doesn't even mind wearing a skirt from time to time.

Strengths:

\\ She is a very intelligent young woman who actually enjoys learning new things. She loves school and all that goes with it.
\\ She is probably one of the most trustworthy people that you will ever meet. You can tell her a secret or something really personal and know that it will never be repeated by her.
\\ Though she doesn't do it often, she is actually a really good dancer. She has a great sense of rhythm and it just sort of comes out whenever she is dancing.
\\ She is kind-hearted by nature and never goes out of her way to argue, be mean, or fight. She would actually prefer to avoid violence as much as possible if she can but she knows that it is almost impossible at times.
\\ She is the kind of person that makes a really good friend as well. Her friends always know that she will be there for them.

Weaknesses:

// Well her biggest weakness at the moment is probably the fact that she has little to no control over her powers. It definitely won't really help her in the fight against evil now will it?

Likes:

+ She absolutely adores photography and has ever since someone first put a camera in her hands. She likes being able to capture that moment in history on something that is at least a little bit more permanent. Besides, there are tons of things in Chicago just screaming to have their picture taken.
+ She sort of enjoys her powers even if she has little to no control over them whatsoever. They sort of have that ooh-new-and-shiny-feeling to them still and she figures they will just get better as she learns how to use them.
+ She adores her twin brother even if he is a pain in the ass most of the time. They have little in common really but she knows that no matter what he will always be there for her and she of course feels the same about him.
+ She loves music a lot and is almost always listening to it. Now she couldn't play an instrument if her life depended on it but that doesn't man she likes it any less. Her favorite is probably the local punk scene.
+ So its sort of girly but she really enjoys painting her fingernails. It is really rare to see her without some sort of nail polish on her fingers and toes though it tends to be more like black an dark purple and blue and red and things like that for colors.
+ She really enjoys eating, which doesn't really seem like something she does like considering she is so skinny. She is one of those people though that is constantly eating or snacking on something. She usually has a stash or two hidden around her room for when she gets hungry late at night.
+ She loves red valerian flowers because they are so pretty to look at and they smell of vanilla. They also tend to attract butterflies and that is always beautiful to see. Besides, it would make a great photo.

Dislikes:

- She hates those self-flushing toilets. They either flush eight billion times while you are still attempting to use the damn thing or it refuses to flush so you have to push the little button and that sort of defeats the purpose of a self-flushing toilet now doesn't it?
- She really isn't a fan of the so-called beaches in the city. In reality, they are just cement slabs with sand and well the lake tends to be polluted most of the time anyways.
- She is a huge baseball fan and absolutely adores the Chicago Cubs. Sure they always find a way to screw things up but that doesn't mean she likes them any less.
- She despises shopping. Nothing ever fits her right because she isn't quite as curvy as other girls and its just a pain in the butt to go shopping.
- She hates roses because she feels that they are far too cliche as flowers go. They are like the first ones that people think of it seems.
- She also really isn't a fan of people who will walk all over others just to get what they want regardless of who they hurt in the process.
- She despises the color white, especially when it comes to clothing. Its almost impossible to keep clean and its like a food magnet.

Habits:

* She has the tendency to run her hands through her hair when she is really bored so that is a tell-tale sign that there is something else that she would rather be doing.
* She will bite her nails on occasion. Well, actually bite is probably not the right word since she does not actually bite them off or anything. Its more that she chews on her nails occasionally.
* She is almost always moving in some way. Whether it is just tapping her foot or drumming her fingers or shifting her weight back and forth, she practically needs to be doing something at all times.

Favorite Color: Her favorite color is black. No she is not gothic or anything like that... she just really likes the color black.
Favorite Food: Her favorite food is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with strawberry jelly.
Least Favorite Food: She cannot stand hot dogs at all. Yes, she is from Chicago and will not eat a Chicago-style hot dog... it's a sin.

Loves:

<< It drives her nuts when a guy tries to change the girl that he is with. She is not an overly girly person and doesn't want to wear makeup or dresses or talk about shopping or things like that so don't expect her to.
<< When a guy cares more about their appearance than she does tends to be a huge turn off. She cannot stand spending time with someone who is constantly primping or whines because its windy or whatever. She just wants to tell them to be a man and get over it.
<< A guy that is a Sox fan is just like a huge no. Baseball season would just be one huge competition really and that is never good for a relationship. Though... if the guy was cute enough she might make an exception.

Family:
Jasmine Anstice (mother): Jasmine is Rhiannon's mother. She is the type of woman who will do anything to protect her children from harm. This not only means she protects them from others, but also from themselves. Jasmine is a witch herself, though she isn't a very strong one. The last time she used magic was to bind the twins powers until they were 18. She is a sweet woman, but is less sweet than she appears to be. She can be stern on certain subjects though less so with her daughter than with her son lately. She loves Rhiannon with all her heart and doesn't really worry too much about her... well other than when her powers are involved. Jasmine has long blond hair, sparkling tan colored eyes, and is only 38 years old.
Vincent Anstice (father): Vincent is Rhiannon's father. He is a doctor and a good man. He has always accepted Jasmine being a witch. He isn't really sure how he feels about his children finally being able to use their powers. While they grew up, he knew how to connect with them. But now that they are learning how to use their powes, he doesn't know how to talk to them. He feels left out of it all. Vince is an attractive man of 41, with light brown hair and gray eyes.
Revelin Anstice (twin brother): Revelin is Rhiannon's twin brother and probably her best friend in the world. They have a connection which could be due to the fact they are twins, or twin witches. Revelin has dirty blonde hair and dark brown eyes, and by most girl's standards is fairly attractive. Even though the two of them really have nothing in common, they seem to get each other more than anyone else possibly could. Rhiannon would do anything for her brother and knows that he feels the same about her. Revelin is older by like two minutes.
History:
When Jasmine and Vincent met, Jasmine was not looking for a relationship. It was probably the last thing on her mind. At the time, she was only 16, and she had just developed her powers. Between school work, her job and magic, she didn't have time for a boyfriend. Vincent was the one who changed it all. Jasmine worked as a waitress at a small diner. Vincent was older, incredibly charming and handsome. Everytime he came in with his friends, Jasmine would jump at the chance to wait on his table. They flirted slightly, but that's all she thought it would ever be.

One night, after she got out of work, Vincent was waiting outside with flowers. How could she resist? The two agreed on one date. One date turned in 14 dates. And being boyfriend and girlfriend quickly turned in engagement, when Jasmine was only 18. There was one little thing she had to do before they got married. Tell Vincent that she had powers. He was surprisingly OK with it all, though he requested she do it as little as possible around him.

The next year they were married, and the next, Jasmine was giving birth to two beautiful twin babies. The first, Revelin Edan, was a fiesty baby boy with anger in his eyes. The second, Rhiannon Elizabeth, was a gentle baby girl with eyes full of wonder. Jasmine knew the two would have a special magical connection. She was also aware of all the darkness in the world that could be out to harm her babies. When they were a year old, she performed a ceremony to bind their powers. When they turned 18 their powers would be free, but until then they would have no idea. This was to protect them not only from others, but from themselves as well. Babies with powers are never really a safe thing.

Rhiannon was a somewhat quiet child really and tended to keep to herself a bit. The only time she would really come out of her shell was when her brother was around, though as the years passed that changed just a little bit. She always did really good in school and actually enjoyed learning, though some of the classes like English were just not her cup of tea really. She managed to still get fairly good grades in that class but she just simply did not pay as much attention as she did some other subjects.

She was a freshman in high school the first time she held a camera. Ok so sure she had taken silly pictures of her friends and what not prior to that, but the first time that she got one of those disposable cameras just to take pictures of things that didn't have to do with a school dance or her friends acting stupid was at that point. She fell in love with the art of Photography and after much pleading and whining, finally convinced her parents to get her a really nice camera for her birthday. She has pretty much been glued to the thing ever since.

On the twin's 18th birthday, something happened to them that was a bit unexpected really. Ok so well nothing actually happened that day, at least not anything that they could see but Rhiannon definitely noticed a change the next day. She had been in the kitchen cooking some macaroni and cheese for lunch and well, she should never really be in the kitchen since she had been a bit distracted by the music and wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing. Next thing she knew, the pot of boiling hot water and noodles that she had been taking over to the sink to drain was frozen in the air with waters and noodles about halfway out of the pot. Her mother walked in at that exact second and saw the whole thing. Time unfroze of course and the two promptly cleaned up the mess, but it didn't leave Rhiannon any less confused.

This is when their mother decided to tell them that they were witches and had powers. She explained to them they would have a "whitelighter" that would help them come to terms with their powers. Rhiannon wasn't really sure how she felt about the whole whitelighter thing to be honest. She didn't really like the fact that someone was constantly watching over her, though knowing that there would be someone there if she got into trouble wasn't really all that bad. Besides, they might even be able to help her get control of her powers maybe and that definitely wasn't a bad thing. So now is she trying to get a handle on these powers of hers and hopes that she doesn't run into too much evil before then.
