This form is to be used with all of the species.

Guidelines

Name
• Simply put the name your character goes by.

Species
• Put Human, Cyborg, Android, or Alien.
• If your character is an Alien, you may put the name of the species here.

Age
• How many years/months has your character has lived.

Sex
• For humans and cyborgs put male or female.
• In the case of an android you should put the sex he or she imitates or is programmed. If they have not been programmed with a gender, put N/A.
• The only circumstance that you may not put male or female is if for some reason your alien has asexual reproduction and does not have male and female. Even then it would be nice if you put what sex your alien’s personality gravitates to.

Appearance
• This should be so descriptive that I could paint the character.
• Include everything about their appearance, right down to the mole on the right big toe.
• Don’t cop out on anything.

Personality
• Put everything about your character. How she or he acts and how they react in situations and all that good stuff.
• This section should be very in depth and have a lot of detail. Leave nothing out.

Other
• Put anything that does not fit into any of the other sections.
• Likes and dislikes can be put here, personal beliefs, things they carry around with them, anything.
• For Cyborgs you can put what part of the character is machine.

History
• This should be the longest part of the application.
• Keep in mind that the history of a character explains why the character acts as he/she does.
• This is the story telling part of your application and you should include everything.
• Add as much detail as you can and keep it creative.
