Deep within the wasteland, buried beneath the sands there is a Prison, its walls are built with the same stone as the Shrine of Penitence, making sure that those incarcerated within it have no chance of tearing down the walls with their reiatsu.
The existence of such a place is reassurance that Bachitari, though rational, can be incredibly cruel, given a moments notice.
