Crap I was just modifying my tournament list and realized that I had some points left over. So I thought. Hey I'll add a Doom Wolf to my 6 Dire Wolf unit and have a Dragon Trap unit. ERRR, wait there is no out number anymore. CRAP!!!!!!!!

Yet another blow to the Dire Wolves. Out of all the core choices I'd say Dire Wolves got royally screwed over in this edition. 8pts is way too much for these guys now.

Well at least they have better M, WS and I than Skeletons. They just lack the armour :P

But yeah, they took one great hit with the edition change. At least it's only 40pts to throw if you need to divert a charge or something.

Point for point I think they are still better than fell bats. Mind you Fell bats seem pretty pointless as well.

Still using a few units of wolves as cheap throw downs in deployment and they can still annoy warmachines.
