In re: On the Facilitation of Constitutional Progress

Judgement: 2-0, Constitutional amendments supersede any conflicting language in the Constitution, and therefore the proposed amendment is not unconstitutional. Additionally, the Court has the authority to issue opinions where there is no case or controversy.
