Set into the side of the ravine is a ivy-covered alcove leading to the ThunderClan leader's den. A soft bed of moss can be found near the back, while all the leftover bits of freshkill are swept away daily by an assigned apprentice. New moss is brought in every week or so for maximum comfort and the floor is slightly sandy, making it quite warm in winter. Whenever the day's work is done the leader comes here to lay down for a bit and take a well deserved rest.
The rocky ledge set above this cave is where the leader makes all Clan announcements such as apprenticeship, naming ceremonies, all patrol parties and the like. No one except the Clan leader is allowed onto the Highledge.

Far on the west side of the camp, facing the rising sun, is ThunderClan's warrior den. It is a large bracken bush with sharp thorns so as to better protect against attack, and has a secret entrance near the right side to let Clan cats enter. In ages past a large tree fell into the gorge and onto the bush, providing more shelter and extra dens for the warriors. Once you manage to get inside there are quite a few beds of moss strewn about, each for a different warrior. Pick one to be yours and sleep tight!
Remember that you cannot sleep in the Warrior Den unless you yourself are a warrior. Visitors are, of course, welcome if someone wants to say hello!

A little ways off from the Warrior's den on the east side of camp, facing the setting sun, is ThunderClan's apprentice den. Created from a large crack in the ravine wall this cave is perfect for young cats to sleep in since it's situated well away from the elements. No rain can slosh inside, no wind blows and sunlight does not penetrate until near sunhigh.
Padding into the den reveals a white sandy floor that is soft on one's paws as well as a few beds of moss, each claimed by an apprentice for their personal sleeping area. Well what are you waiting for? Grab yourself some moss and make your own! I don’t really think anyone wants to share...
Since warriors need to wake their apprentices for battle training or to go on hunting expeditions, all cats are welcome in this den. No special permission need be asked and every apprentice is usually eager to start on the new day ahead.

Set next to the Medicine Cat's resting place is a roomy cave where the elderly cats of ThunderClan come after retiring from their warrior duties. Tendrils of lichen cover the entrance to provide a safe hiding place in case of attack and the moss beds here are changed quite often in an effort to provide the old cats maximum comfort. This is also done so as to stop any diseases or tick infections from reaching them.
Most elders enjoy speaking to the young cats in their Clan and love to recall stories of their younger days to any apprentice stuck changing their bedding. Mind you some of their tales are a bit too dramatic to be real, but the excitement one feels while listening to them more than makes up for that. They can provide a sympathetic ear to any cat who needs someone to confide in as well. So remember to drop by here for a visit the next time you get a chance...who knows what memories you could stir in an old cat's heart and soul!

On the other side of the medicine cat's den is a nettle bush hiding the entrance to a network of caves and tunnels on the inside of the ravine wall. Each separate chamber is for one she-cat only so that all of ThunderClan's queens can have some privacy with their litters. The floor is made of soft lichens and moss while tiny little waterfall at the corner of each cave provide the expecting or nursing mothers with fresh water at all times.
Though the fathers of the kits or medicine cats can enter these caves at any time, all other visitors are discouraged so as to avoid disturbing the resting mother cats. They are fiercely protective of their young and are more likely to claw a visitor's ears off rather than invite them in for a chat!

A smooth path down the western most ravine wall is how one enters the camp, if they can get past the briars, and all the rocky ledges down the sides are good places for cats to sit and share tongues. Near the center of the stone floor is a pile of fresh kill that all felines share and the apprentices and warriors stock full of food on any given day. If one needs to make dirt they climb back up the ravine and through the encircling briars to a clump of bushes, behind which is a patch of bare earth. Make all dirt here seeing as we are forest trained cats!
If one knows where they are hidden they can spot the dens of each ranked cat in the Clan as well as look up onto the Highledge for all announcements.
