A few points Horner made: (He was an atty for Enron, btw, so a real insider who also knows that Enron started this cap and trade scheme. They tried to get him involved in it by telling him it was his 1st priority to get a global warming treaty internationally, exempting China since they were building coal-fired power plants. THIS IS HOW HE WOKE UP TO WHAT'S HAPPENING!)

* He mentions the William Riley Group and Rockefeller Brothers funding the alarmist activities you see in the media and in ads.

* He mentions that Gore was given $300 million by an unnamed group (he suspects it's probably SOROS and Kleiner Perkins) to promote everything Global Warming.

* Mentions 60 Minutes program with Gore and his wife where Kroft asks Al where he got the money. Gore freezes and his wife improvises by saying it was from the Nobel Prize ($2 million). However, Al got $300 million so he was caught in another lie.�

* He said that NOAA has a big reception room at the Copenhagen meeting with moving visuals about melting glaciers, etc etc (He mentions this in his book "Red Hot Lies")

* He said the most embarassing thing about the lies is how the MSM is trying to tell the public that the word "TRICK" used in the Climategate emails was being misinterpreted, that it was just a colloquilism. But then we also see the word "HIDE" used. How does one misinterpret that one!��

* He writes about NYT writer Tom Friedman saying "If only we had an enlightened totalitarian system like China, we could get this agenda in place."� and "Oh, if only we had this system. We need to suspend certain liberties, just certain ones, just for a little while. Democracy is getting in the way. We have been unable to convince them to do what's in their own self interest. We're going to have to make it happen somehow."��

* The Media covers for everything they're doing on this issue (like so many)!

* CLIMATEGATE is devastating to them, so they diminish it in the media!

* He mentions Congressional - Executive Agreements which are used (EX: NAFTA) so they can waive Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution which requires a 2/3 ratification. A 2/3 ratification will never happen on Cap n Trade however, so he thinks they are trying to say it's NOT A TREATY so then they can put it to a simple majority vote in both Houses of Congress and be easier to pass.� (And someone said we have adults in Congress?)

* He talked about the EPA recently declaring C02 dangerous to the environment and basically threatening to pass Cap n Trade even if the Congress doesn't do so. (WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE? They don't care about the law or anything but what they want. Disgusting!)�

* He says they will probably post a finding in the Federal Register and try something unlawful like a maneuver so that the green groups march into court, then they get assigned responsibility for this issue. (More incremental activity to snow people)

Hillary Clinton has said they plan to do this in the first year of Obama's administration. They also attempted this a few years ago. ANOTHER INTERESTING AND IMPORTANT THING HE DISCUSSES: The EPA and how they are threatening to use "The Clean Air Act" to get these things through even if Congress doesn't pass them:
