It's know that they fund their black ops regularly using drug money and the government says that's okay!) to Overthrow Ecuador President Rafael Correa: http://www.infowars.com/cia-allegedly-usin...-rafael-correa/ There appears to also be ZERO ACCOUNTABILTY IN THE CIA, WHO REPORTS DIRECT TO THE PRESIDENT, like many government entities. How was this ever allowed to happen? Once again it goes back to non leaders and chicken necks who call themselves leaders, who have allowed this stuff to happen for decades.
