Once again we see Congress is allowed to do something that is criminal for anyone else to do. Who do these people think they are? These people need to be fired. They should have never been allowed to do this PERIOD!

Yes, we know, the only time you act on things to do with yourselves is when you have been outed for doing it. That's not leadership, it's a joke. Also, there is no way just ONE PARTY has been doing this. Both parties are corrupt and have been engaging in all types of chicanery and dishonesty. This bill is a joke. It will do nothing to correct the things that go on in this Congress (as well as all previous ones). They think they are above the law. So, the SEC is getting more aggressive against the PUBLIC, but what about the CONGRESS who has been "insider trading" forever? In fact, this is one of the first tricks a new Congressman learns, and once he bites, he is compromised forever, and the next enticement that comes his way he takes also. This bill became law April 4, 2012! This is another example of how they pass a bill, then quietly change it back or neuter it later down the road.

Another example of how pathetic "little boyz" rule, but only by thinking they are better than everyone else and therefore get special rights to do as they please. Seems this is an epidemic in current government (as well, worldwide) and in the behind the curtain manipulators in big banking and in the ivory towers of the elite (and their minions) who obey no rules, but only make them for the rest of us to follow!
