But he took an Oath when he became a Congressman to uphold it! So he has violated his Oath of office like many in Congress!

This guy needs to be voted out of office for being yet another fool. He doesn't understand the Oath he took, and that the law applies to him also.

Quit electing numbskulls like this. They can be lied into doing anything their party leader tells them, as long as it's twisted into something that sounds good!

Start asking your reps running for office if they have read the Constitution and will they uphold it if elected. Give them a pocket Constitution and insist they read it and study it!
