Telecommunications Act of 1996 (became active 2001)
http://z4.invisionfree.com/The_Great_Decep...?showtopic=1406 Oh, but you can be sure they are all doing it, not only Apple, as required by this predatory piece of legislation passed by our ?Representatives? in DC (a joke) in 1996, as well successive bills passed between that time and 2001! God only knows how many have been passed since that time to also infringe on the rights of the public. |

Got an iPhone or 3G ipad? Apple is recording your moves:
http://radar.oreilly.com/print/2011/04/app...n-tracking.html These are the guys that exposed this! However, it has been going on for a long time for those of you with cell phones, as dictated by the US Congress in multiple pieces of legislation passed over many years. So, when you see all those Congressmen running around acting like they're upset, well they wrote the stinking legislation in the first place, or their predecessors. How about repealing some of this legislation guyz? More here: http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=206722.0 |

US Surveillance through Cell Phone Tapping:
http://tapcellphone.com/surveillance/ This article talks about the 1994 Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). This pertains to cellphone tracking and legislation allowing such to occur which invades privacy. There are tons of bills Congress has passed in relation to cell phones. Here's yet another one! It's funny when you hear a few Congressmen are getting on Apple or other companies for doing this, when it is THEY WHO HAVE PASSED THE LEGISLATION, AND MULTIPLES PIECES OF LEGISLATION THAT IS ALLOWING THESE COMPANIES TO SPY ON THE PUBLIC. |

Do you believe this? If it was that easy of a fix, why was it there to begin with? Hardly a mistake! Apple releases iOS 4.3.3, fixes location bug http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-t...wprss=post-tech
