Title: Spaghetti and gravy

A couple of weeks ago, I made a large pot of gravy. Sorry meat sauce or spaghetti sauce for you non Italians. By large, I mean 7-8 gallons worth. My wife actually asked me "when did you stop putting tomato sauce in your spaghetti sauce?" I actually added 2 gallons of tomato sauce to the meat and vegetable mix. Anyway last night we had spaghetti for dinner. She ate hers and I went for seconds. Still have enough left overs for FRIED SPAGHETTI. Tomorrow morning I will take the left over pasta and gravy that were combined into one bowl and refrigerated over night and dump it into a preheated cast iron skillet with 2T of butter. Cook it until the gravy starts to brown, then flip it and brown the other side. Serve hot with garlic bread on the side. Mmm Mmm Good.

Yes the fried spaghetti was delicious. We now have gravy for lasagna and more spaghetti.
