Anyone can participate in the contest, except the judges. There is NO minimum post count for this contest. It's open to every member.

PA 10-1 till 1-15 2012 or there abouts for whitetails
Wait a minute their tails are not really white but are brown. Just the underside is white but not seen unless alarmed and I have seen a few. I do believe the muledeer has a white tail. Oh I am so confused.
