After my bow doing some funky things and shooting all over the place without me changing anything in the setup, I went down to Targeteers last night in jersey and had them install a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone on it. Now she spits arrows out like darts. I only shot 3 at 10 yards, but all 3 were within a quarter, touching eachother. Needless to say, I'm impressed. After looking at the rest I had on there, an NAP Quiktune 1000, it seems that the right fork had gotten itself lower than the left somehow and it was wearing away with vane contact, thus sending my arrows flying all over the place. Now I just have to re-sight the pins and then shoot BH's.

Cool. Glad you got it all figured out Joe. I'm going to a drop away this season as well. Of course it's cause it's on the bow I'll be using. I'm getting to use my Dad's friend's Matthews SQ-2 (at least I think it's an sq-2). But regardless, it's a Matthews! Everything is the same as mine currently but with bigger cams. I'll probably jump it all the way up to 70#s though. Anyways, good luck this season Joe. I'm sure it'll be shooting sweet!

We'll see if that's really true next time we shoot. I think I might try that other drop-away we have and see how it shoots for me.

Jake good luck with that Mathews. That is the 1st Mathews that I ever shot and the one that actually got me hooked on the Mathews line.
From that bow Mathews took off to become one of the top selling bow manufacturers of all time. You will like it big time.

I hope so. I'm sure it'll be better than my Reaper I'm shooting now. Even though mine is newer. Too bad he won't sell it cause I'd buy it in an instant. But hey, if I can use it for nothing, why spend the money?

I think you will like that dropzone. I still have one on my xTec. I switched to the QAD a couple years ago because I liked the containment it offers of the dropzone. I still have NEVER had any problems with the dropzone and I used that bow to get started with indoor target.
