Went out with my crossbow this morning to the same spot I shot the PA doe with the muzzleloader. At about 7:20 a doe came down a small hill and headed right toward me. When I got there earlier I broke the small twigs and limbs sticking down from the cedar tree I was under. That doe stopped broadside at about 20 yds and I took aim and shot. Well the one little limb that I did not break off deflected my arrow down and yep Mister Clean. At this rate I will have two more shots and then make an investment in arrows. Who said crossbows were a chip shot.

Better to have shot and missed than to never have shot at all biggrin.gif .
It will come together Paul, I'm sure of it.
