Scott awoke gently, as did the blue bird that had settled beside his head. She had forgiven him for his unintentional neglect, even more so, now, because of that dream. She didn't personally share the dream with the others, but Scott's mind had been channeling bits of it throughout his sleep. It was completely subconscious, but it wasn't necessarily directed toward Dialyn.
Scott rubbed his eyes, the details from the dream vivid within his mind, as well. As he looked around, he noticed the look on Howard's face, before it was interrupted by his deity. Apparently, he had experienced something similar to what Scott was, now. His mind soon stopped dwelling on the others, and switched to the meaning of the dream.
'Only a few days in each world...? Know both sides, but there's no need to choose...?' Scott abruptly interrupted his own thoughts with another, more urgent one. 'Wait, our home world will be destroyed? And all the others!? What did we get ourselves into!?'
