At this Christmas Season, let us not forget the real reason why we have the gift of giving in our hearts, okay? If it were not for God's Son, Jesus Christ, coming to this earth, being born in a humble stable, none of us would be able to share the "Good News" with each other. Do you get the picture, friends? Here, our Saviour and the King of Heaven, was born into our sinful world in the most humblest setting. I'm sure it didn't smell very good inside that stable. I'm sure the hay was not as comfortable as being wrapped up in royal sheets. Yet, the Holy Spirit was there that "Holy Night", along with God the Father, blessing that blessed event, as the Angel of the Lord proclaimed to the Shepherds that night and said: "Glory to God in the Highest, I bring you Good Tidings of Great JOY which shall be to ALL people"... For in Bethehem is born a Saviour...The one you've been anxiously waiting for...His name is Jesus Christ the Lord, and He shall save you from your sins... "For God so loved the world that He GAVE His only begotten Son, Jesus, that whosoever BELIEVES in Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life" John 3:16. "The wages of sin is DEATH, but the GIFT of God is ETERNAL LIFE"...."If we confess our sins, He is FAITHFUL and JUST to FORGIVE us for ALL our sins, and CLEANSE us from ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.

Wow! What a GIFT! May we have Christ's same spirit in us this Christmas, as we look forward to a brand new year ahead of us. As we think about Christ's birth and example on this earth that He gave us to follow, may we rededicate our lives to Him in thankfulness for paying our debt and dying on the cross for your sins and mine. For your family's sins and friends. For those who DON"T LIKE YOU; even for the stranger that you pass on the street. We're all in need of a SAVIOUR and only Jesus Christ has filled that position. Do you and everyone your life touches know Jesus and what He did for you and them? When you get to heaven, will they be able to THANK YOU for your prayers for them and your Christ-like influence that led them to know and love Jesus better, through YOUR EXAMPLE and INFLUENCE on their life?

This Christmas are you thinking about Salvation's beautiful story for the whole world to embrace, or are you too caught up in self-worship of MATERIALISM to even notice that there are blessings all around you just waiting to bless your life and others. LOOK AROUND YOU and ask God to OPEN your eyes to the many needs around you that merely need the kindness of a smile and word of encouragement; or help in some simple way that is able to LIFT UP ANOTHER PERSON'S BURDENS...not through the works that you have done, but through the workings of the Holy Spirit that directs people to the LIGHT of this world, JESUS CHRIST, and gives the Glory and Honor TO HIM. HE IS ALIVE, and He is in heaven, ready to come back SOON to take all those who believe in Him and obey His Word, back to heaven with Him. Are you anticipating that wonderful event, just as the Shepherds were that night when the Angel of the Lord came to them and announced our Saviour's birth?

Why don't you get out those Christmas songs this year that SING ABOUT OUR SAVIOR and what His life did for all of us? Read the words carefully and sing them from your heart with a sense of humility and thankfulness for what He did in coming to this world and doing what He did for each one of us. JESUS PAID IT ALL...ALL TO HIM I OWE... Then, share that blessing with someone you know, and don't know, and then see if your Christmas this year isn't your best one yet! Take the time to write something heartfelt to all of your family members and friends...especially your aging ones. Give a perfect stranger some words of encouragement from God's Word, and also don't forget to let them know how much you care about their welfare because of the love of Christ in your heart. It's all about Christ, friend. HE IS THE REASON for this wonderful Christmas Season!so have a thought of kindness to do something for someone else and in return, you will be blessed as well. Satan wants you to be too busy to receive God's blessings but you don't have to let him rob you from those blessings. God's gift of His Holy Spirit is our reason for GIVING to others and selfless Christ-like GIVING is what truly matters in this life and for eternity. Amen?

May God truly bless you and your family and friends this Christmas, and may we remember to remember those who are serving our country, protecting our freedoms, whose lives are threatened daily. Pray for their families and countless other families who are hurting and suffering this Christmas. Pray for our homeless people, even those who see working the system...they need to know that Jesus cares about them too, through people like you. Your prayers enable the Holy Spirit to do His work in bringing HOPE to a painful situation. Pray to become a better neighbor, a better friend, a better family member, and most importantly, a better REPRESENTATIVE of what a CHRISTian who professes to love Jesus CHRIST truly is. Walk the WALK and Talk the TALK and see if God will not pour out His blessings on you like He promises. "Faith is the substance of things HOPED for, the evidence of things NOT SEEN". Hebrews 11:1. Now go and make this Christmas a "CHRISTmas" you'll always remember and cherish and then please tell us all about it so we can get a blessing too. God bless you!

"For it is written: 'As I live, says the Lord, Every knee shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall confess to God.' So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stubling block or a cause to fall in our brother's way." (Roman's 14:11-13)
