I'm thinking about buying some of the DLC for the Ps3 version, but there isn't really much to choose from, so I thought about what fans would really like to see as DLC.
If you could have anything added as DLC to the new game, what would it be?
My list would have to be:
-A mode that allows you to play through all the Side-scrolling sections back-to-back.
-More Side-scrolling sections.
-SplatterRush mode from the iPhone version of SH1 (Basically, a 2D survival mode)
-A few new Splatterkill animations.
-Play as Biggy in Survival mode.
-Wanpaku Graffitti

These all sound great, especially the SplatterRush. For XBOX, I'd also like to see them make Terror Masks/two by fours/etc into avatar gear. I'd even replace my current set of samurai armor with them. Gamerpics for PS3 and XBOX as well.

A shitload of patches, tweaks and upgrades since Splatterhouse's greatest flaws are technical.

And the red mask from the TG-16 version.
Not the one that's there already that sort of looks like it, but the actual mask.

I like what everyone said, and this might sound lame, but for once i'm all about avatar gear. I don't want to keep splatterhouse to myself anymore, I want my avatar to represent my splatter-love and wear the terror mask. I want a t-shirt that says splatterhouse I want an avatar shotgun and even a full on costume that makes me look shirtless and jacked.

I'd actually buy Splatterhouse Avatar gear myself and I can't stand the avatars for the most part.

Really couldn't agree more with what has been said.
Would def. love to see Wanpaku Graffiti added, and if they'd offer avatar gear I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat.

all this plus patches sound good. i personally would like a alternate Wanpaku Graffitti in game mask. i should look like the hocky mask but with big ass anime eyes. that would be funny as hell. :lol

What technical flaws have you come across?I'm playing the eu ps3 version,i have not encountered any bugs or freezes-what needs fixed?

Costumes for Rick. Not just masks, actual alternate clothes for him to wear. Like "Retro", "Metal-Head", "Pro-Wrestler" etc.
New survival arenas with new enemies. Maybe "remake" versions of some of the 1988's monsters? Like that slug-thing or the zombie dogs.
New weapons.
And software patches. Because I HAVE encountered glitches, some pretty nasty.

Yeah at first I thought all the bitching about glitches was just reviewers being shitty. Then I played it without it being installed on my Hard Drive.....
