yes they avoided the stereotype of a pure evil voice(i dont know if that was on purpose)but the guy irratates me and doesnt fit in well to me-basically i think he's a wanker(ive only played the first 3 levels so no spoilers please)-did you guys like him?such an integral part of the story and it lessened it for me

Personally, I thought Jim Cummings did a hell of a job voicing the Terror Mask. The same guy voiced Dr. Robotnik in Sonic SatAM.

I liked it....then again I've always liked Jim Cummings. I thought he nailed it, I'm glad they did something different instead of the stereotypical, evil, dark, demonic voice.

Most people liked the masks voice so you may have a hard time finding people who didn't. I'm sure there's gotta be some out there that didn't care for it though.

I loved it. The voice acting in the game was among the best I've heard, if not THE best, in an English language game. Cummings nailed the voice that a tempter would use-the voice that the Christian Devil (for example) would use to subvert and convert his marks. It's a perfect blend of a smooth talker who used every psychological trick in the book to affect his victim (mocking them, preying on their guilt, exposing their secrets, feeding their desires, etc)-with just that edge of raggedness to the vocal performance to show its true nature.

I guess i am in the extreme minority lol.I take and respect all your points guys,he just isn't to my taste.Someone mentioned he does tiggers voice-next time my kids watch winnie the pooh the hundred acre woods will have a more sinister tone to them!

I understand how you feel,
I for one loved the mask voice.
BUT
I wasn't a fan of Jen's pics, So I'm sure I'm a little outnumbered on that one. :p
