Title: Splatterhouse review on Video Power, 1990

Don't believe this was posted here before, so... anyway, for those of you unfortunate to remember Video Power in either of its incarnations, were you aware that in its first season host Johnny Arcade reviewed the TG16 port?

I recall watching this show when it first came on after school, but I must have missed this episode. I don't remember it at all. And for those of you saying "gee Rob, that show's only 21 years old now and there's probably no way you could remember any of that garbage fest," I still recall quite clearly the episode where Johnny there previewed Castlevania III, namely because it was my first look at the game in action. Had I seen the Splatterhouse review, I'd have been sufficiently intrigued by it - but I never did. But 1990 was still the year I was introduced to the game, thanks to Quincy.

Hey, I remember this show! It had it here every Monday and Tuesday morning at 7:00 am. The fact that the show reviews TG16 :splatterhouse is just wow! Back then this game must have truly been something else. The only game I've ever played on the TG16 I think was R-type when my brother first took me to the arcades (I'm actually not sure though, it was a shmup with aliens but I was only 3 so my memory is a little fuzzy). Nice catch!
