The older GIs are really hard to find (unless you order from GI themselves; this one is out of print unfortunately)

A scan for the site would be nice, but if this isn't possible by your means, I would be more than happy to buy it from ya.

Sadly they don't have this issue. However there might be other old magazines that do cover Splatterhouse or other old treasures.

In fact... Here is Game Informer 006 Sept-Oct 1992's review of Splatterhouse 2.

Very interesting that they reviewed the game. However the screenshots are clearly the Japanese version. Maybe it was an inbetween beta version?

As for the review itself. I really like how this guy writes the backstory to splatterhouse. It's very clear and easy to understand and gives all of the important facts in a sort of neutral stance between the NA and JP versions.

yeah, retromags is awesome.

I had found that GI with Splatterhouse 2 with a bunch of other Splatterhouse trilogy stuff that will be posted to the site one of these days.
