To start off, welcome to our forum! We have replaced our old one with this fantastic new one! Below are the rules for our forum. Please take a few minutes to read
over them.

NO Spamming
Spamming the creation of posts that have no reason to be posted. For example, "omg teh VP is s0 hard can u plz help me???" This is spam. It's annoying, and has no reason to be posted.

NO Flaming
Our site AND FORUM are G-rated - please keep your posts this way. There's no reason to flame anyone. It's just mean. Anyone caught flaming will be severely punished.

NO Rudeness
Being rude isn't going to help anyone, especially yourself. All being rude does is start flaming fights.

NO Double-posting
This is double-posting:
Member A: Can anyone tell me how to make 1,000 jellybeans fast?
Member B: Sure. Just go fishing for a while.
Member B: Or go ride the trolley!
As you can see, "Member B" didn't have to make two (2) posts. He simply could have made one post saying that you can either fish or ride the trolley.

NO Harassment
Do NOT harass anyone on our forum. It's mean, it's rude - it's anything but nice. Anyone caught harassing anyone will be severely punished.

NO Inappropriate Content
When we say NO Inappropriate Content, we mean it! This means no inappropriate content in:
-Your Avatar
-Your Signature
-Your Posts
-Your Replies
-Your PM's
-Your Emails
Basically, we mean no inappropriate content in anything!

Only VB Programs! This applies just to anybody helping out the Programming The Toon Site Team. The only program our team leader (Captain Domino) is familair with is VB, so please stick to that.
