Umbra watched as their small group grew larger with the addition of a man who was dressed in red. She looked at him and seached her thoughts for why he was so familiar. Why do I feel as if I know you? she wondered in her mind. "Ho, adventurers. What marks the occation of this fair gathering this fine desert night? Not hostilities I would wager." she smiled and gave a bow, "No good sir. Hostilities are hopefully not on anyone's mind. I cannot speak for my companions though, but I am on the way to the Temple of Wind. she said.
As people began to speak amongst themselves she almost felt out of place, not just by the fact she was standing in the middle of a desert but the fact she was a little alone since people seemed to know people. Why do I end up in situations that put me at a disadvantage with allies? she thought As she was about to once again try to suggest they move on before the night got too cold one drew his blade and asked for a mans name. "Come now, we do not need hostilities." she said moving to go between them just in case he attacked so she could parry his attack if things got too hot.

"No good sir. Hostilities are hopefully not on anyone's mind. I cannot speak for my companions though, but I am on the way to the Temple of Wind." came the woman's voice from the group and Kaiber smiled for a moment before responding. "That is good to know."
The peace however was threatened before long as one drew his sword and asked for Kuro's name(if i read the post right OOC). The woman got inbetween the two to try and stop the fight. Kaiber's reaction was just as swift as he pulled a single longsword from his back and pointed it straight at the man who had drawn his sword. The tip of his longsword rested upon the man's shoulder, while a sort of silence hit the group.
"The name's Kaiber, and I'd rather not have an incident happen in the desert, no less while the Lord of Dragons is pressent." said Kaiber calmly wondering if his move was too aggressive and would be taken as a threat. He would have to hope this man had at least some sense of when he's outnumbered.

Kuromaku noticed that the man looked somewhat familiar but he could exactly peice together why. As he though about it though, it did occur to him that this man could have been a part of his past. With that he stepped forward, past the woman and placed a hand on Kaiber's shoulder, indicating that he should fall back and let him handel the problem. "I am Kuromaku Ishikawa of Kanna village. Please put away your weapon, we aren't enemies here as you may or may not have been able to tell. I do apologize for our red clad friend's actions, however, he can be a little... Hot headed." He expressed, trying to calm down the situation but fully prepared for anything. He didn't know what to expect from this person but he didn't underestimate people.

Ciraxis almost immediately, but casually, noticed the newcomer with his sword drawn. He sighed turning to face him and glaring at him.
"You humanoids. Always so angry and against eachother. Why?" he asked with frowning thought, a condescending tone in his voice. He wasn't happy, but he didn't exactly want to stick around.
"You can all fight to your death again if you really want to. I'm not partaking in it. The lady was safe, and that's all I wanted to know." he sighed again.
A thought crossed his mind however. Oh yeah... Kuromaku. He wanted his memories back. At least some of them.
"Egh... nevermind then." he said annoyedly as he laid down on the sand again, watching the debacle.
( Sorry it's short again. Gotta do stuff and I know you guys want to continue the RP. )

Jhevli, trying to tune out the words of the others, simply retained his locked gaze on the assassin. The one clad in red, who had arrived late for the party, even after himself, seemed inappropriately eager to end the conflict as he drew his own blade, and the wanderer's priorities shifted rapidly as the weapon was pointed in his face. As he was about to snap back, the uncharacteristically mellow Phellian simply clapped his hand on the fiery one's shoulder.
The assassin introduced himself as Kuromaku. Jhevli thought it strange, however, for he seemed to recall the assassin having a different name. Regardless, the wanderer lowered his blade, but he did not sheath it... Not yet.
"Kuromaku, are you?" he asked, raising an eyebrow in suspicion. The white-haired man took a swift step forward, being as careful as possible to avoid causing alarm in Kaiber's sword arm. His night-black scimitar remained at his side, hanging casually, as if it were no more than an accessory to his person, rather than a tool of death.

The other phellian's answer did not surprise kuromaku and he looked straight forward at the man. "Now why would you go looking for me? That could get you into trouble." He said with a smile on his face. He couldn't imagine why anyone could be looking for him for any reason but to try and kill him. Afterall he had stirred up quite a bit of trouble in the past with several different people. Thankfully though, it hadn't caught up with him yet.

Kaiber's one and only responce to Kuromaku placing a hand upon his shoulder was a quick smirk and the graceful swing of his longsword away from his intended target. The sword thereafter found itself placed tip first into the sand with Kaiber's hands resting upon them.
"As you wish Kuro, but serve the question of why someone would look for you in a desert." said Kaiber examining the suspicious situation before letting Kuromaku decide on how to proceed. He decided to distract himself slightly from the situation at hand, if Kuro had enemies, then those enemies would have more enemies.
"This is why you will never understand human's Ciraxis. I realized a 'long' time ago that human nature was beyond most other creatures. Especially those gifted with long or eternal life." said Kaiber to Ciraxis who seemed to be an overgrown pup laying on a large pile of sand. "My charade all those years was an attempt to understand this, and from my time of blending in and unlearning what I have learned; I have come to a solid conclusion. There is a reason human's populate most of the world, it isn't because they breed the fastest, even if that is nessisary becuase of the short life spans. It is human nature, this instinct born within them all that gives them the strength to do the unthinkable, react in ways unplausible, and do the impossible."
Kaiber was silent for a time, seemingly in deep thought before he spoke once more in the direction of Ciraxis. "Leave an old man to his thoughts, however."said Kaiber with yet another one of his wry smirks. "You can never tell if what he says is sane or coming from the edge of the void."
During all of this time Kaiber had been keeping an eye upon the main two figures, of Kuro and the man looking for him. He was glad he could still multitask a good number of things at once. He expected that was not a responce that Ciraxis had expected from an Ex-god.... Did that make him in some part human? He didn't know exactily what he was anymore, he had choisen the body of a human and he hadn't attempted a transformation to a dragon in a long time, for he did not know if he could do it. He wondered what held him back from trying, was it fear? or necessity?
