Bogate City Bogate City is Arca's certified center of debauchery. As it is home to little more than pirates and prostitutes, it isn't useful as a center for much more than that. Here, many captains dock up to find themselves a suitable crew, or to have repairs done on their boats. The Bay of Vlyy A great bay named for one of the most infamous pirates ever to have lived: a woman named Vlyy. It is told that her ghostly crew still roams the sea, in search of lonely, unaware ships to drag down to the depths it met hundreds of years ago. Within the bay itself, people come to find crew members. There are usually skilled sailors hanging about, waiting for the perfect boat to hop aboard, as long as the perfect boat comes with the perfect paycheck, that is.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
