Here In the world of Arca we want to have fun RPing and that's the main rule. Keep to the rules and we will have a blast.

General Rules
1. For legal reasons, you MUST be at least 13 years old to join the World of Arca
2. Please respect fellow RPers.
3. You may only have one character per account, but you may have up to five active accounts at once.
4. Spamming, in or out of character, is not allowed.
5. Please keep chatting of a sexual nature to a minimum. Suggestive jokes or jests are allowed, but please do not begin cybering in the c-box.
6. If you need help, ask someone in the Help forum or in the C-Box, as there is almost always an Admin online in the C-Box.

In Character (IC) Rules
1. Do not god-mode (Making your character overly powerful), as it ruins the RP experience for others and takes away from the excitement of your own RPing.
2. Do not power-play (Controlling another character's actions without his/her consent).
3. Do not Meta-game (Using out-of-character knowledge to your advantage in-character)
4. Do not put items and spells into your signature and inventory that you have not purchased or received from a character-mod. Do not put an item into your signature before the sales topic has been CONFIRMED.
5. There is to be no "net-speak" in RP posts.
6. You may not kill anyone's character without permission, the rule applies to killing in-character familiars and breaking items (unless stated otherwise).
7. Arca is a medievil fantasy RP board, so modern things (Cars, guns, radios, etc.) are not allowed.
8. You MAY have your character in multiple topics at the same time.
9. You MAY role play with yourself, but if it becomes a habit, you may be asked to stop. If it continues, a formal warning may be applied to your account.
10. You MAY have your character in more than one topic at a time.
11. You MAY swear in-character, but not excessively, and keep the content to a minimum. If you are unsure of what sort of language is or is not allowed in the World of Arca, please contact an Administrator or Moderator.
12. You MAY be romantic in-character, but sex is not allowed. Anything further than "making out" is considered sex and may be punishable with banning with no warning.
TIP: Be creative. If you feel like sex is necessary to your plot/topic, include a cheesy "fade-to-black" moment.
13. You MAY have your character drink alcohol or smoke tobacco, but the use of "illegal drugs" by your character is not permitted. Also, if your character is underage, keep in mind that it may be illegal for them to drink certain types of alcohol. Try to be realistic and creative at the same time.


Unacceptable Behavior
These offenses are NOT tolerated, and may be punishable with banning with no warning.

1. DO NOT post pornographic images or videos.
2. DO NOT advertise anywhere on the board without permission.
3. DO NOT flame, harass, or exclude other members.
4. DO NOT advertise anywhere but in your signature, and even this should be kept discreet.
5. In-character sex is NOT tolerated. Please keep posts at no less appropriate than what would be allowed in a PG-13 movie.

If you notice any of these rules being broken, please report them to an Administrator.
