Character Name: Your character's name.
Family Name: Your character's family name, not necessarily their surname.
Race: What race is your character?
Age: How old is your character? Please keep it realistic.
Sex: Male or female? No in-betweens.
Class: What class is your character? This will affect your character's fighting style, and even their mannerisms and personality.
Religion: What religion does your character belong to? If it is polytheist, which God does he/she favor?
Magic School/Element: What element or school of magic most strongly calls to your character?
Strengths: What strengths (mental, physical, or emotional) does your character possess?
Weaknesses: What are your character's weaknesses or flaws?

Physical Analysis
Hair: Style, color, appearance.
Eyes: Shape, color.
Height: How tall is your character?
Weight: How much does your character weigh?
Build: What type of body does your character have?
Features: What distinguishing marks does your character bear?
Appearance: What does your character look like? How does he/she dress him/herself, carry his/herself. How does he/she appear to others, to him/herself?

Personality
Likes: What does your character like?
Dislikes: What doesn't your character like?
Hobbies: What does your character do with his/her spare time?
Fears: What is your character afraid of?
Influences: What makes your character act the way he/she does?
Favored Weapons: What sort of weapon (if any) does your character prefer to use?
Alignment: Lawful Good, Lawful Neutral, Lawful Evil, True Neutral, Chaotic Evil, Chaotic Neutral, Chaotic Good.
Description: A description of your character's overall personality.

History: Everyone has a back story. How did your character get to where he/she is now?
