(( Lame title. Shhhh, ))
Thalecia Yurlam
This flight seemed to be even longer than the first one, and Thalecia could almost feel her eyes drooping as she soared lazily over the ocean, the only thing really keeping her awake being the occasional spray of the ocean. The moon was high over her head, tainting the firey colors of the dragon's fur a very contrasting, cool mix of silvers. She probably should have rested a little more before taking off, but well... beggars can't be choosers, and in this case, due to her desire for something new, she just so happened to be the beggar.
She didn't know when exactly she had come over the land, but she certainly had a nasty wake up call when she saw that she was just about to smack into a mountain. A large mountain. Arca's largest mountain. Pulling back, she managed to stop herself, and transformed into her elven form, falling down and landing in a patch of dirt, rather clumsily. Standing up, she hissed out a series of curses in what was probably draconic, brushing herself off. She was ashamed at the lack of grace, and worked hard to push off any remains of dirt off her cloak. Deciding it wouldn't be clean without a wash, she pulled it off, leaving her only in the vibrant, scaley looking red and gold robe she had put on before she left.
Looking around her, she determined rather easily where she was. Mount Krajal, the highest mountain in Arca. She peered at the trees, finding that a surprising few had tragically lost her lives in her display of clumsy fatigue.
Cursing a higher deity that she had no belief in, Thalecia sat down on a near by boulder, resting her head in her hands and breathing out a long sigh. After she had managed to calm down some, the dragoness looked up, peering up at the sky and deciding to enjoy the warmth of the rock she was currenly seated on. Later she would climb her way up to the peak, maybe venture down into the tunnels and look around a little. She was aware of the danger, but was also sure she could handle herself.
Until then, however, she would close her eyes and rest them a little while. Her ears stayed alert though, ensuring that she would not be caught off guard.

Every once and a wile he would climb the mountain Krajal. Even though it was sometimes filled with danger and didn't have many interesting things to see, he still felt at ease when he reached the top of mount Krajal. Perhaps it was because he was so far away from everything else in the world that he could relax, or maybe it was because he could focus and enjoy a the silence. Ether way, he was heading towards the top of the mountain once again. It had been over two years since he had been there, so it would be nice to reach the top and look at the cloudless night sky.
His mind dancing with delight, he watched the starry sky as he walked up the tall mountain. 'I guess coming here was the right choice...' He thought to himself. Things had been difficult for him since he had left the Fire Temple ruins. The Owlin city council kept asking for help, but in the end, he declined. He looked down and closed his eyes as he whispered to himself. "Morion, I guess I still have a lot of things to learn." He was far to inexperienced, even thought he had gone through all those things last year, he knew that he wasn't ready, he knew... that he didn't know himself, he learned that... after his trip to the Fire Temple.
The moon was shining down brightly and Elam, who had been lost in thoughts for a wile, finally stopped to rest. He was about half way up the mountain. Without a care in the world he walked towards the edge of the mountain and stared into the sky. "Who.... and what.... am I?

Thalecia's ears twitched as a voice rang into her ears. Opening her eyes, she peered over at the man standing off near a cliff of the mountain. It seemed she had been unnoticed, despite her rather dramatic--and embarassing--entrance. Just as well, but she had no clue how long he would stay there. He seemed a bit broody and confused, more than likely coming to this place to think. She could say nothing, and remain completely unnoticed, and possibly out of sight if her extravagant clothing didn't give her away.
She quickly tossed that thought out the window, however, feeling slightly irritable. "Who you are, I regret to say that I do not know. However, what you are, is a stranger disturbing my rest." she said, raising her voice a bit, just in case a normal tone wouldn't break his train of thought. Sitting up, she peered at his back intently, her eyes seeming to glow slightly in the dark.
Briefly, she wondered what could be on his mind. She couldn't see his face, thus his expression was unknown to her, but she could tell by the way he held himself, and the air around him, that he was having problems coping with some thought or another. Not being a therapist, and having no interest in becoming one, she tossed those thoughts out the figurative window as well.
Peering up the slope of the mountain, she wondered if she should just continue on, leave the man here to himself. But she was still tired, and decided to stay where she was. Thus, she leaned back on the rock once more. Her eyes were half lidded, but still focused on the man as she decided to just keep an eye on him. With strangers, you just never knew.

Elam didn't expect that anyone else would be there, but it wasn't as he didn't expect someone not to be there. He could hear a womans voice behind him. He kept watching the sky for a wile. He wasn't going to ignore her, he was just busy thinking about other things. "Why would that bother you? It isn't as I am trying to bother you... Who and what I am... is it something you really want to know...." He didn't turn around to face her. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
He turned his head towards her. His dark red eyes glowing from the moonlight. "... if it is, then your asking the wrong person, for I even don't know that."

Wow. This kid really did have some problems. Raising a brow at his back, she ran her tongue over her teeth, looking around. "Why would it bother me that my rest is being disturbed? Probably because I just did something far beyond idiotic, and would like to just sit here in silence. But, you are right. You were not trying to." she said, looking off to the side for a moment, staring at one of the trees she had bowled over. For a moment she considered lighting it on fire--served it right for getting in her way--but that would probably quickly spiral out of control, and she didn't really want that.
"So, do you not have a name or something?" she asked casually. She had never really understood the desire to "find yourself." It didn't make sense to her. You were what you were. Wasn't it as easy as that? She was Thalecia Yurlam, daughter of Ciraxis, and a woman of many faces. She never lied to herself, and she never had anything to hide from herself, so beyond that... what else was there to say? She was herself.
Of course, some people, she guessed, didn't have that. Including this guy. Continuing to stare at his back, Thalecia continued to ponder this, humming thoughtfully.

He turned around full to face her. He looked at her. "Elamente Divano Taro, descendant of Taro" He didn't understand though, why she was asking for his name, although it was rude not to give his name to the stranger talking to you. He bowed his head lightly.
"And you are?" He kept his eyes on her. He did recognize the aura that she gave from herself. Even though he recognized it, the fact was that he didn't come to the mountain to chat, but it seemed as it was the appropriate thing to do, which kind of confused him.

Elamente Divano Taro, an interesting name. And he was a descendant of one of those Gods she didn't believe in. Hm. "I am Thalecia Yurlam, daughter of Ciraxis, Lord of Dragons." she replied, dipping her head to him as well. He seemed really lost still, almost as if he wasn't sure why he was here, or what he was doing. That confused her a bit, considering she was the type who only did something if it was for a reason. Her almost-crash idly came to mind, and she rolled her eyes expressively. Except that. That had no purpose to it. Just a rare moment of idiocity that the princess rarely displayed... at least no one had seen. She just had to keep telling herself that.
"You seem like a very confused individual." she commented, looking him up and down, before offering a smile as she leaned back a bit, crossing one leg over the other and resting her intertwined fists on top of them. She didn't say much beyond that, simply continuing to meet his gaze as he did hers, wondering what confused, unsure little statement would find its way out of his mouth next.
She actually couldn't help but snicker at that one, glancing away briefly as if to make it seem like she was laughing at something other than him. Even if she really wasn't at all.

He kept watching the dragon daughter. So that was why he recognized her aura. He didn't really care though. His usually enthusiastic mind was blurry with thoughts.
"It is kind of hard not to be confused in this matter." He wasn't exactly in his normal jolly mood, but he remembered to show respect as he always did. He could see a small resemblance in her and her father, but then again, he hadn't met Ciraxis more than twice and the first time they met they fought and nearly killed each other, so he couldn't say too much.
He didn't really like the fact that he was being laughed at, though she tried to hide it. He didn't move, but he focused his eyes on the dragon kings daughter. "You know, I met you old man once, I can't say we had a great time together though, but that was before the influence of Darkarya was removed from him."

"Huh." she hummed. It was all she could really say at this point, being that she didn't know what "this matter" was, as he had put it. Well, she was sure it all came down to some deep quest for inner knowledge. Maybe he was in denial about something, or was lying to himself. She thought for a moment to press the matter, enough, perhaps, that she could get an idea of what was going on enough to help him or something of that nature. Instead she kept her mouth closed, deciding to just let him dwell on it if that's why he came.
Looking him over once more at his comment, she nodded. "I have a feeling I will be hearing about that quite a bit." she mused, looking off in the direction she knew her home to lie. She would apologize for any damage the "old man" had caused, but it wasn't her place to do so. Any turmoil he had caused, she was confident he would correct if he really felt he needed to. Otherwise, it wasn't any of her business, his daughter or not.
Standing up, she brushed off her robes and waved her cloak sharply, snapping some of the dust out of it. Putting it on, she glanced up the mountain, then back at Elam. Unless he was planning to make any more conversation, she planned to continue her trek up the mountain. There was no point in standing around half way up if she wasn't going to be doing anything.

Elam wasn't quite sure what to think of the woman in front of him. He wasn't able to read the situation, whether she was a friend of foe. Ether way, he was not going to share his problems with someone he had just met. When Thalecia stood up Elam twitched. It was kind of sudden and he wasn't exactly in a great shape right now. But even so, he was quite interested in knowing why she was on this mountain.
It seemed to him as she was beginning her journey up the mountain once more and before she even started walking, he began heading up the mountain ahead of her.
Many things where flowing through his mind right now, especially thoughts about himself and his sister. During his stay in the Fire Temple, he had found out interesting things about himself, things that he didn't know. The young man had not been ready to know all of this yet, even though it would have been brought to his attention eventually. The reason for his sisters kidnapping and the attack on Fazzen village ten years ago was clear and he knew exactly why they had done what they did. He just didn't like the fact that he was part of that reason.
