Time of where the RP is set in: There really isn't a set time. TV Show Wise: Doctor Who --> After Series 6 Torchwood --> After Children of Earth

Plot/Story/Ad:
Oh No! Time Lords are falling out of the sky! Thats what you get when you unstitch time. They fell to London with no memory of what happened and simply put, they are stuck. They have no TARDIS, no way to see that their home had been destroyed. But that's not the only problem they have...

The Time Agency has gone corrupt. Their new mission is to capture the time lords to either experiment on or to sell to the highest bidder. Essentially the time agency is the new bad guys!

So who takes care of bad guys? Torchwood does! Under Jack Harkness and Gabriel Stark, Torchwood has set up shop in an old playhouse in London. They are determined to save the defenseless Time Lords!
