this lonely angel previously viewed himself as the last of the
time lords only until recently. he travels the universe wide, acting
as a savior to those in need. he had to regenerate due to the
radiation, and is currently travelling with his companions, amy and rory.

THE MASTER

this renegade time lord looked into the heart of the untempered
schism, only to be followed by the sound of drums for the rest of his life.
now he faces a call to war, seeking to rule the universe, and
perhaps to find a little of that revenge on a certain doctor.

ROMANA
PB: KATE BECKINSALE • LADY PRESIDENT
this former president of gallifrey was found among those
that were put into stasis during the time war against the daleks.
assuming she so desires, romana will resume her post as president,
because now there is a lot of rebuilding to do of this planet.

THE RANI
PB: TILDA SWINTON • THE RED EMPRESS
another renegade time lord, make that lady, ushas was
also found among those put into stasis. imprisoned long ago - and used as
the prototype for the resurrection of the seers, the rani remains trapped
inside the Hand of Time station, her mind fractured from the brutal
experiments performed upon her by Rassilon. her own body used to
perfect the abilities of the seers she is unable to see anything but the
whole of time itself... or so it seems.

this time lord was once and still is a great mentor. he taught
some of the great minds, such as the doctor and the master.
later, he regenerated to participate in the time war, but couldn't stand
by rassilon. he left with romana, and now, he's helping rebuild gallifrey.

SUSAN FOREMAN
PB: EMMY ROSSUM • THE LOST GRANDDAUGHTER
this granddaughter of the doctor, susan, was left behind with
the man that she loved. after his death, susan stayed with her son
until discovering the time lords' return. due to an incident, she was granted
her own set of regenerations for bravery despite having been gallifreyan.

OHICA
PB: GILLY BROWN/OPEN • THE HIGH PRIESTESS
while she once helped the doctor destroy morbius, ohica now has other
important things to do. as the high priestess in the sisterhood of karn, ohica now
leads their matriarchy. during the time war, this seer was controlled by rassilon.
now that they're safe, they've severed ties with the others and moved off-planet.

JENNY SMITH

known as the genetic anomaly, jenny was so named by donna after
an incident during which the doctor's tna was taken to create her.
now, jenny is now actually doing all that running and looking
again for the doctor. she may make her way to gallifrey to help rebuild.

once a warrior of sevateem tribe, leela is a former companion of the
doctor. she chose to remain behind on gallifrey with andred, but later
became guard and confidante to romana. she fought during the time war,
but left for e-space with the others. now, she leads the outsiders on gallifrey.

CLARA OSWALD
PB: JENNA-LOUISE COLEMAN • THE IMPOSSIBLE GIRL
the doctor has met clara two times before - at least - and both times,
clara has died. now, he has found the impossible girl again in the present.
she currently is the nanny for friends of the family, but she takes off frequently
to travel with the doctor. if only he could find out just exactly who she is...

AMY POND

the girl whose name was out of a fairy tale no longer has her raggedy doctor.
amy allowed the weeping angel to touch her, blinking so that she could take the
chance of going back to spend the rest of her life with rory. she left a note for the
doctor to let him know that they lived a happy life together.

note: amy and rory will either be stuck in the past and can only
be played in that forum, or the player will have to come up with a
good method of getting them back to the present.



RORY WILLIAMS
PB: ARTHUR DARVILL • THE LAST CENTURION
after winning over the heart of his lifelong friend at last, rory married amy.
the two kept travelling with the doctor in the tardis for a while, until
rory and amy were sent into the past by a weeping angel. despite
separation from the doctor, they still have each other.

note: amy and rory will either be stuck in the past and can only
be played in that forum, or the player will have to come up with a
good method of getting them back to the present.



RIVER SONG
PB: ALEX KINGSTON • THE DOCTOR'S WIFE
also known as melody pond, river song is the daughter of rory and amy
and also the child of the tardis. she and the doctor never seem to meet in the right
order, and technically, they're married. river was released from stormcage
most recently for killing a man who apparently never existed...

this meta-crisis of the doctor was left with one rose tyler in
the parallel universe. due to being born in war, this doctor has to
learn how to deal with his emotions. left with a tardis coral, he and
rose can now travel in their own tardis - though now in this universe.

ROSE TYLER
PB: BILLIE PIPER • THE BAD WOLF
rose travelled with the doctor after the time war, making him better.
though she keeps managing to lose the doctor, rose was left with a
certain meta-crisis to spend the rest of her life with. due to the
sling-shot, however, they both need to learn how to live in this universe.

DONNA TEMPLE-NOBLE
PB: CATHERINE TATE • THE DOCTOR-DONNA
also a former companion of the doctor, donna was herself made better
by the time lord. however, due to the same meta-crisis, she became the
doctor-donna, and the doctor had to seal off her memories. due to the
sling-shot, donna is beginning to have some strange dreams and headaches.

LUCY SAXON

as the master's faithful companion and wife, lucy shot him on
the valiant that day in accordance to his plans. meanwhile, she has kept his
ring safe for him, and has witnessed his return. though she did help him, lucy
has apparently decided to move on. how will she handle normal life again?

CAPTAIN JOHN HART

this renegade time agent was the reason it first met its demise. now
the leader of its return as a rogue agency, john hart runs it from
secrecy. this captain was formerly involved with jack harkness and
seems not to take well with any form of rehab for his many weaknesses.

JACK HARKNESS

after travelling with the doctor, jack harkness became a changed man - in addition
to one that can never die. such events has made jack the man that is seen
today: the hero, the captain, and the unyielding leader that torchwood sees.
however, he has witnessed and survived the deaths of so many friends...

IANTO JONES

though once 'just a tea boy,' ianto has proven than he can do more than just
make some rather amazing coffee. as of late, he and the captain have
had a special sort of relationship. however, after the events of the 456, ianto
was thought to have died - though the team is in for a surprise.

GWEN COOPER-WILLIAMS
PB: EVE MYLES • THE PERSEVERING ONE
this so very human gwen cooper is second-in-command of the torchwood cardiff
team. as the newest recruit before lois, gwen showed the human element of the
team, and tried to show them that they had lost that element. she and her husband
rhys are finally growing closer, especially now that they are expecting.

OWEN HARPER
PB: BURN GORMAN • BACK TO LIFE
after being killed, brought back to life (sort of) and becoming king of the
weevils, owen was finally killed for good - only to be brought back by the
'sling-shot.' now he is unsure of where he really wants to be, and has yet to
finally join back up with the torchwood team.

TOSHIKO SATO
PB: NAOKO MORI • THE GEEKY TECH
although she was killed, toshiko was also brought back to life due to
the sling-shot. tosh is an amazing technology specialist, able
to figure out anything with her computer. she has since joined back up
with the team, though she had to help from afar during the 456 incident.

PETE TYLER
PB: SHAUN DINGWALL • FATHER REFOUND
after the death of his wife jackie, pete later was able to meet jackie
from this universe and marry her. after they were pulled back into this
universe from the sling-shot, pete decided to use his knowledge from rose
and the doctor to become the leader and co-founder of torchwood twenty-four.

JAKE SIMMONDS

after he was also pulled in from the parallel world because of the 'sling-shot,'
jake helped pete to start up torchwood twenty-four based on the experience he
had from being the preachers. he is now second in command of this branch.

because of the events involving the 456, lois has caught the eye of the
torchwood team. staying in london, lois ended up joining the torchwood 24
end of things. she acts as a researcher, gathering info or intel that various
members need for missions. who knows; she might make a good field agent one day.

MICKEY SMITH

after losing rose to the doctor and then finding out that he was the
'tin dog,' mickey decided to stay behind in the parallel universe after
travelling for a short time with the two. now that he is back in this universe,
mickey has settled torchwood, in addition to his new wife, martha.

MARTHA SMITH-JONES

this former companion of the doctor, martha went on to finish becoming
a doctor herself. with his help, martha was able to become a medical
officer among unit's ranks. now, she has been convinced to work with
torchwood 24 because of her new husband mickey.

BRIGADIER ALAN MACE

as the uk division head, colonel mace had to deal with the sontarans
during the event involving the atmos system and the doctor. he is now
happily married, though he continues to work his job, and work it well.
after much hardship, he has at last become the overall leader of unit.

a captain in london for the uk division of unit, captain magambo has
already dealt with much, including the worm hole involved with the
'planet of the dead.' she still has much ahead of her in her career.

as the doctor's biggest fan, professor malcolm taylor was more
than overjoyed when he was able to work with him during the 'planet of
the dead' events. a genius physicist, taylor is becoming an asset to unit.

though private ross jenkins has met the doctor, he hasn't let that
get to his head. if anything, this unit soldier was inspired by the
time lord and only forges on ahead. he hopes for something big in life.

as the daughter of jack harkness, lucy has met several challenges in
life because of it. with a father who never ages and attracts danger,

has died because of him. alice has been mourning and looking for how to move on.

as a government agent, johnson continually found herself out of the loop
of information. at the end of the incident involving the 456, johnson
finally quit her job, and is now seeking out other possibilities in
her field. she is even considering joining the london branch of torchwood.

being the spouse of someone in a top secret, outside of the government
agency isn't exactly easy, and rhys would know. however, this loyal
husband is determined to hold it out with gwen, even if he gets dragged
into things from time to time - especially now that they're parents.

this former co-worker of gwen's still works for the cardiff police.
he is still there to help her whenever she calls, though quite curious -

as rose's mum, jackie has had to face all manners of aliens and danger -

are also back in this universe due to the energy of the sling-shot.

the older sister of martha jones, tish has run into a few minor events
herself, and even the one involving the master on the valiant. tish

as the younger brother of martha jones, leo has also seen a few

the grandfather of donna noble, wilf is quite a relative to be
had. always looking to the stars himself, wilf was proud of his donna

her memories, wilf makes sure that he takes extra care of her.

If in question, send me a PM or ask in the c-box if I'm online at the time.

Concerning canon characters from other times periods: If you want to play one of these - for instance, Strax, Vastra, Jenny, etc., they are definitely up for grabs! Just keep in mind that they will need to mostly stay in their era, so they can be played in the "Past" only. They can still be reached by Time Lords, Time Agents, and whatever other Time Travelers, but they will certainly be limited.
