pretty girl is suffering, while he confesses everything
PRETTY SOON SHE'LL FIGURE OUT WHAT HIS INTENTIONS WERE ABOUT
That was it. No more wandering off on her own just because she was bored. Living in London for nine years had to have meant she should have known the layout better! Stupid, stupid, stupid. And there went the pebble flying off into the air and landing with a dull thud on the ground, her black trainers scuffed with dirt from kicking it. Geez, she should have played football. But that wasn't going to help her. Her cell phone was low on battery, there was no plug-in out in the country to connect her laptop to to send an e-mail to her friends so they could come and fetch her... And Kennedy doubted her taser would do much good. Her thin fingers delved into her scalp, almost ripping out her hair in frustration. She was so buying a GPS and vespa scooter later this week, no doubt about it. Calming herself down as best she could, Kenny knew she was near London - she never ventured that far from it anyways.

She started walking again, hoping that area to her east was London. Thank goodness she could tell where was north and all that.. She fidgeted as she walked, hands readjusting her large band tee, trying to make it fit her right and not show her under shirt - that then turned to fidgeting with her rucksack's key chains and babbles. Oh dear heaven, no wonder her brothers always smacked her in the head to make her quit moving. It was even annoying herself! She forced herself to keep still and keep walking. If she ever got home in one piece, she'd never leave the town again. Nope, no way. Her job and bosses would have to drag her about as she flailed and latched onto things before making her go. ...Or, she'd get fired. Yeah, not the best solution. But still...

Kennedy looked back at the road behind her. No travel at all. She hadn't been passed by cars in an hour, maybe more. Was there something wrong? Instincts kicked in and she began to survey everything around her with sharper senses. No storms over the horizon, but that meant nothing. Everything looked plain and green with a bit of dust being unsettled by her hurried walking. Couldn't be a holiday, her calender at home hadn't said so... So, where was everyone? She stopped and stood stock still. Silence answered her, just her and her own breathing. Kennedy shuddered, not liking it one bit. She muttered to herself, rattling off a little prayer that her father had taught her before they stopped going to church all together, before walking again at a faster pace.

To cover up the silence, she began to hum music from The Wedding Singer: the musical. She should have brought her iPod along with her, than she would have to repeat the same song over and over. 'Casualty of Love' was going to get old real fast. If she had another song in her mind, that would have been even better - switching the two out every-so-often. Kennedy swore she had no luck.
