Home planet: Gallifrey.. but it is gone now so he mostly visits a planet that they call Earth. Is that a problem? Maybe since he is well known for not being the best of sorts to come across. Especially his third rengeration. (Regenerations 2-4 are still in the works.)
Allegiance: Currently none at the moment.
Occupation:Time lord, travels through time and space fighting aliens, running, lots of running, and eating lots of popcorn along the way. For Leo that would include banishing entire races to the void without mercy if they are anything like the Daleks or Cybermen.

Eye color:Hazel/ kind of brownish in color.
Hair color/style:Brown, either spiked, parted to one side (mostly to the right) or smoothed back.
Distinguishing features:Wears a Loony Tunes tie. Light beard and mustache. Black Fedora hat with a small turkey feather on the right side.
General appearance: He stands at five foot and eight inches tall. Weighs one hundred and forty five pounds. He has short brown hair that he tends to either spike, part to one side or smooth back. But you cannot really tell because he always wears a black fedora hat so you will not know what his hair is like until he takes his hat off.. indoors so be on the lookout I guess. He wears three layers of clothing, a grey t shirt followed by a checkered blue and purple button up shirt, then finally his black jacket. He wears a Loony Tunes tie, yes Loony Tunes. Blue jeans and then black converse shoes. I think that is everything for that.

Personality: His personality? Okay! Here it goes. He has an issue of getting into trouble, do not worry 80% of it is not intentional. He loves to joke around either by pulling off pranks or telling jokes.. sometimes at the wrong time. He can be a little hyper, best thing to take care of that is to send a Weevil chasing him or getting him to run until you say stop. He is a very caring, kind hearted person. He can be protective.. well a little over protective when it comes to those around him or if it is someone that cannot defend themselves.
He has a depressed lonely side with everything else due to what happened to his family and his love and her family. Mostly because he cannot do anything to bring them back.
That was his light side, but there is always a dark side to a person. With him being over protective, if the person he is defending is harmed.. let’s say that he has a no mercy policy with that. He can be a jerk at times, the easiest way to get him out is to talk to him kindly and to give him a hug. Usually he will cry while he is trying to calm down.
Usually he will not go to violence to take care of a situation. Although if someone is annoying he will erase their memory and take them somewhere else for the fun of it or simply walk away, it really depends on what kind of mood he is in.

History: You want to know his history? Well sit back, oh and you better start drinking that Mountain Dew or what ever it is in front of you to keep you from falling asleep.
So as all Time Lords he was born on Gallifrey, he has failed as of so far to tell me who is family is and what his parents did as far as jobs and what not... he would only divert the topic to something else. Although he did say that he had a girlfriend that he loved so much, he calls her by his Angel, he never told me her name or how they met. So what I able to get from him is that he went to school like other Time Lord kids or what ever you call them there. He found classes to be long and painfully boring.. most of them anyways, and would sit there doodling away ideas for inventions of strange sometimes pointless gadgets, one of them being a remote that he claimed to have never worked when it would open a door at the other end of the hallway or something. So he put that gadget deep into his pocket and would forget about it until he would randomly find it in his pocket. Are Time Lord pockets that big? What else does he have in there? He does have the strangest ways of coming up with gadget ideas. Which he jots note and sketches off and hides his little.. well thick note book in his pocket. I know for a fact that he writes other things in there, mostly about this female Time Lord, if that is what you call them that is.
Well he one time brought one of his gadgets out in the middle of a class and well he got into trouble but he also caught the eye of an older Time Lord... well.. a much older Time Lord. So this Time Lord named... well Nomad never told me that saying the name is only between him and this other Time Lord and whisper saying that he wished to have never ran away or something, can never really tell what on Earth he is saying sometimes. But anyways he caught the eye of this other Time Lord and was put into his class where he easily excelled, along with Math, biology, zoology and chemistry. The Nomad claims that he did not enjoy the other classes. So he graduated and claims he did this ceremony although he never said what happened during this ceremony. He just said that he was eager to explore the universe and learn more about it then what they are taught in school.
After this ceremony he came across this machine, or ship thing, I guess they are the same thing. And "Took it for a short trip." to Earth, and after some time there he went back to his planet. He said that after his little trip he met "My Angel" and spent a good time at home with this other Time Lord or Lordess, and claims that he fell in love with her. He also claims some other random things from how they met when at a library, and how he loved making her laugh, smile and blush. He does not say just how close the two were besides him wishing that he "tied the knot". Well I was able to sneak into his book or journal and find out that her name was Thalia. Then he caught me and told me everything.
He said that he wondered to another planet by taking the same TARDIS again, I am not sure if he was meant to do that but he said that while there he accidentally pushed Gallifrey and this other planet or planets to war when he engaged this group of.. I do not what they are, that were doing something. He said that he locked them in the void or something, some sort of strange Time Lord term. He sometimes mumbles about how he regrets doing that because of something that happened after or during the war. But he did fight in the Time War, going to these other planets and what not fighting these aliens.
Well, while he was on this one planet he encountered the same race of alien as on this other planet, before he destroyed the aliens out of anger for what they did to the citizens that inhabited this planet it told him that both of their planets are gone. He was upset of course because everyone he knew and loved were now gone, and tried to find a way in to save them. It broke his hearts when he was not able to find a way back home to rescue his girlfriend, his family and hers. He tends to break down because of that and tries to forget about them.
Having no where to go he constantly travels around the universe, I am not sure if he is looking for a new home or not, but there was this one time he came to Earth and made himself into a human to hide for what he said was a little while, but was long enough to cause him to forget some facts on his past life and where his TARDIS is located. He seems to know some details about his past life because when he is alone in a room he looks like he is sad and in pain, but he sure does lighten up when someone is talking to him. He seems to be hesitant when it comes to a dangerous situation though, maybe it has to do with something that happened in his past, but he always seems to avoid violence although he will use it sometimes. But when he does he always starts crying... what did he do that was so wrong to make a grown man... er alien man cry?

Weapon(s): Nomad does not carry any weapons. He despises them. Well.. he did find a broken stun gun in his pocket at one point. So I am not sure if he does carry any other weapons besides that. He has crazy pockets so there is no clue as to what he carries around with him.

Other items: He carries random objects in his pockets from a remote control that he claims does not work, portable dvd player, flat Pepsi that he occasionally drinks from, a cat mouse toy, rock, toy lizard he named George, a feather, string, a key, pink handkerchief, flash drive, and finally a cell phone.

Sample RP:The Nomad walked around the park, with a teenager that he took as his companion, humming happily with a bouncy gait he looked around at everyone that were enjoying the sun.
"Excuse me. Time Lord, but if you are a Time Lord then why are you not traveling the world to different times ? Isn't that what you do?" She asked.
The Time Lord turned to look at her with a shocked expression, even though he just became his alien self again he does clearly remember what he does and what he is, "My goodness Lizzy, Time Lords do not just travel through time of this planet, we can go any where in the universe to anytime my child." He said with a grin.
Lizzy crossed her arms, "Prove it Time Boy." She said.
"My my aren't you a serious one.. I have my work cut out with you now don't I?" He said as he fixed his fedora hat then his Looney Tunes tie, "The problem is that I just became a Time Lord after making myself a human and I cannot remember where I parked my TARDIS, yet she likes to hide as different things you see. She is extremely good at playing hide and seek."
Lizzy laughed, "You are just making up an excuse because you lost your TARDIS... whatever that means." She said.
Raising his eye brow he turned and walked away to search for his ship, the quicker he finds it the sooner he can show this teenage girl that he really is a Time Lord as he says that he is. Just where did he park his ship at? He stopped and sat down under an apple tree and laid down, thinking.
Lizzy stopped and looked at him with a are-you-kidding-me? expression, "What are you doing."
The Nomad shushed her and continued to think, he sat up and was about to say something when an apple dropped onto his head, "Ouch.." He looked up at the tree as he rubbed his head. He looked to Lizzy, "I now remember where I parked her." He said as he got up and walked up to the tree and knocked on the side, there was a click sound and a door opened.
Lizzy dropped her arms, "Really?" Her expression, her looks, curly shoulder length hair. She reminded The Nomad of his older sister, he missed everyone back at home.. well most of them anyways , mostly his family and his girlfriend. But they are gone now. He wished that he closed the knots with his girlfriend and got together with her. But now because of a careless mistake, well it really was not a mistake since he was doing the right thing, at least that was his thought; he can never do that.
He made a pained expression and shook it off with a laugh, "Yes really." He said before stepping inside, "Are you coming?"
She blinked.
How does he travel in something that small in size? She wondered and shook her head, "It is not large enough for the two of us." She said.
He popped his head out into view, "What? Naa, come and take a look." He said before his head disappeared into the ship.
Lizzy walked over and looked inside, "This is not real.." She said, she looked to the Time Lord then back to the interiors of the ship, "She took a step back.
The Time Lord stepped out of the TARDIS, "Would you like to go on a trip?"
The girl shook her head, "No!" She yelled, she thought that the man was just pulling her leg. Joking with her or he was just a insane man that needed attention. She ran off, The Nomad sighed sadly and walked back inside his ship.
Removing his hat and loosening his tie he leaned against the central console, he sighed quietly as he thought about some stuff, mostly his past. He blinked when he realized that he did not remember some facts though, like why he is on Earth. He had some memories about being a human, but before that some pieces were missing.
He looked at the controls, he remembers how to pilot the TARDIS, that is for sure. Putting his hat back on he tightened his tie back up and walked over to the door, "I will be back my friend." He said as he stepped out and shut the door.
The Nomad walked over to a near by zoo, just out of random, there was nothing there that he wanted to see. He stopped at the penguins, while watching a woman walked in holding two buckets in both of her hands. Interested he watched her feed the penguins, she appeared to be talking to them as well while she handing them food. Then after five or ten minutes of sitting in the exhibit, she picked up the two, now empty, buckets and walked out of the exhibit. Smiling he walked around to the other side to meet her.
