Personality: Kiyoshi has an interesting profile. On one side he can be calm and almost nervous and shy. On the other hand. He could be as serious as they come. He's usually calm and nervous outside of battle. He isn't the type of person to interact with anyone else. He doesn't really have a love in the world. Well except for the battle. He beleives that he must get stronger to protect his squad and to him they arethe only family that he has.

Appearance: Kiyoshi wears a black shihakusho, which is the regulated Shinigami out-fit. It looks like the normal shinigami outfit. Except there is a strap to the side of his shinigami outfit. It's a holster for his sword. He doesn't draw it from the back lake most shinigami do. He draws his Zanpakuto from the side because that gives him more time to react to whoever or whatever is attacking him.

Kiyoshi stands about 5'9 and weighs about 120 lbs. He's got dark blue eyes, a fair complexion and he's pretty white. His skin tone is slightly tanned thou. He's got short black hair and it spikes up slightly. He wears his black shikakusho tighter than most shinigami do. He just likes the feel of the materials on his body.

Zanpakutô Spirit: His sword is Isamaru. When it manifests it looks like an old Feudal Era man, except he has white hair and is covered in silver armor. His personality is very dominating. He always wants things done his way and if they don't get done his way. The wielder of the sword will get an ear full. Isamaru is very powerful but only gives off his power if he feels the wielder deserves or needs it. Isamaru's world is close to that of the feudal area of japan. There's a lot of hills in the world and lots of greenery. There are not many people in this world. If you do so people in this world. They're usually wearing silver armor and riding on horses. Where he lives it has many buildings. They look like the houses you might see out of an ancient Japanese novel, or the noble-styled houses. Isamaru is a very noble man, he doesn't do anything wrong. He tries to always obey the laws of the lands and is always ready to defend his home against invaders. He's ready to protect his family from the evil that the world can sometimes produce. He demands perfection from his warriors. He won't accept anything less than perfection. He can be nice sometimes. He usually nice out-side of battle. He feels as The General to his warriors. He needs to be harsh and demanding, so his warriors will get the job done for him. After a battle he often treats his warriors to a round of saki at one of the bars in the area. He also takes an interest in young and upcoming warriors. He likes to see new bleed defend there land.

Sealed Zanpakutô : Like many of The Shinigami Zanpakuto's they look like normal swords or katana's. Kiyoshi's Zankapkuto takes that same appearance as well. Except the handle of his sword is black. What look to be diamond marks or any other marks are a red color. It's also got what looks to be a tassle or some kind of rope around the end of the handle. The hilt is a silver color and the blade itself is a greyish silver color.

Shikai Description: Kiyoshi's Zanpakuto in Shikai form. It looks like a large Great Sword, it's got sort of a square blade. It's got a hell of a sharp blade. It's one large rectangular blade. It's power. It can shoot a wave of spiritual energy. The wave of energy can reach about a mile long. It's a strong attack. It has it's limit. The more he uses this attack the weaker his Shikai becomes.

Bankai: The Zanpakuto shrinks in size. It looks like a rather small sword and it doesn't really look like he can do much damage. Like it's sealed form. The hilt is black with red coloring in the diamond like areas. It's got a tassle around the handle. So he could swing the zanpakuto if he felt like it. The hilt is a silver color. The blade itself looks ragged and riggid. Like if you got hit by the blad you'd get caught really bad. Like it's shikai form it can send out waves of energy. In this form it can send out three waves, one after another. They're pretty powerful. His Bankai is a long ranged weapon, not a meele one.

History/Background:

Kiyoshi Yamaga grew up in one of the lower districts in The Soul Society. He wasn't very well liked as a child. He would day dream about becoming a Shinigami. He had no family and no friends. No one to care or love him. In his eyes he would make the perfect Shinigami and he didn't really have much to loose in this life. His parents abandoned him while he was young.

Even thou he was orphaned he was still happy as a child. He was the type to just be happy to be alive. He knew that life was a blessing. No matter how bad life got he would look on the bright-side of life. He knew of the world that seperated this world from the real world. He had heard horror stories about these things that were called 'Hollows' that the Shinigami fought. Being just a soul it'd be dangerous if a Hollow came around and attacked there district.

One day when he wandered away from his district. He meet a Hollow for the first-time. IT tried to kill him. Yet, he get got away somehow. Ever since that day he started to work hard. He needed to become a Soul Reaper and maybe he could rid the world of these foul beasts. One had attacked his distrcit and he couldn't defend them. It made him sad. Only a few people from his district was alive and a week after this happened he started to train by himself. Soon after that he started to goto the academy and passed. He's now a Rookie Soul Reaper.

Roleplay Sample:

[It was a very slow day in The Soul Society today. Kiyoshi was sitting down on a bench and he had drifted off into sleep. He was supposed to be on the look out watching for Hollows. He had trained intesely the night before and was tired. He hoped none of the other captians saw him like this. It would look back if he was seen like this. A part of him really didn't care and nothing really happened in this place anyways. Like there was going to be a Hollow attack today, right.]

[He than heard a roaring sound coming from one of the cities below. The snapped him out of whatever sleep-state he was in. He grabbed his Zanpakuto and raced towards where he had heard the sound. He jumped down and than looked up. What he saw was horrendous it was a large foul beast. It was attacking some poor innocent souls. He watched the scramble as he pulled out his Zanpakuto and looked up towards the beast. Why was this beast here? why couldn't he just leave them alone?]

[Without thinking he charged towards the beast with his Zanpakuto drawn. This wasn't really a good idea. The beast swatted towards him and than pushed him back into a building. Man, didn't that hurt and the building crumbled around him. Kiyoshi looked up towards the beast and he sneered menacingly. He pushed the debris up off of him and he was one of the most stubborn Rookie Shinigamis and he than charged at the beast again.]

[He than sliced at the beast. It cut apart of him. It didn't do much damage thou. The beast looked at the Shinigami and just growled. He than swat at the Shinigami, but Kiyoshi countered. He swung the sword and cut off the beast's hand and he than began to fly up towards the head of the beast. He swung his sword at the neck. Yet the beast blocked. He than tried it again, cutting at the beasts neck. It didn't work. He than went behind of the beast and attempted to chop off the beast's head and that didn't work.]

[He landed down behind of the beast. He was getting tired and frustrated. He than jumped up behind of The Hollow. He saw that the hollow was pre-occupied with something. Now with a swift wave of his blade he chopped off the hollows head and it than disappeared. He than went back to his post. That was one hollow attack today. He hoped that there wouldn't be anymore. He just wanted to sleep or get a nap. Well this was his job now. He had to do it. For himself and the other soul reapers that depended on him.]
