Okay. Here's my opinion on what's wrong with the Bucs.

Simms is best at throwing long passes, however seems to have problems throwing the simple screen pass. They either seem to get deflected, overthrown, or even worse; picked. When he throws a long pass downfield it seems to be right on... Remember the pass to Galloway down to the 10... The one that got picked by Hall was a good throw, just a poor decision at the time. Anyway long pass plays do NOT fit into Gruden's play book. Remember when we won the superbowl who are QB was? The king of the screen Brad Johnson. Brad Johnson and QB's like him are the kind of players we need to look for to win again.

Gruden or Simms has to go, because the two do not make a good pair...

well I voteSimms cause I'llalways be partial to Gruden. He did bring us our first SB erasing our horrible history.
