Forks Police Department
As Charlie is practically the only cop still left as security on the police force in little old Forks, even if the most action he sees is a cat stuck in a tree. He works along aside three to four other cops and they do everything they can to make sure that the city is taken care of. Charlie does tend to be a tad OCD when he runs the place but hey what can you expect? He's been the nominated for sheriff like ten years in a row, he does need a bit of a new pace for things.

Newton's Olympic Outfitters
The biggest store in town title is deserved by Newton's. They draw in more people than any of the other stores in town combined. Then again, this part of state is known for its hiking so it would make sense. And the Cullens have to be one of the store's most frequent customers, what with all of their "hiking" trips when the weather turns nice.

Industrial Park
The local industrial park in Forks isn't exactly a very pleasant place; it's a little run down and you can often find groups of teenagers hanging around here acting cool. Also known as doing absolutely nothing! Anyways, the park opens up every day and employs many of the people in town.

Olympus Hotel
It's not exactly the Hilton, but the Olympus has played host to many generations of prom parties, and has seen a good number of tourists pass through here. Not the best of places to spend the night, but it does its job well enough.

Forks High School
If you happen to stumble across a bunch of random buildings with numbers on them, and a ton of teenagers wandering around, then you've found the high school. It's nothing fancy, and it certainly isn't brand new. It's been around for a while now, and you can really tell thanks to the toll time and the almost constant rain have taken on the buildings.

Forks Hospital
Go straight up the road from the school, and you'll hit Forks Hospital. It's not the biggest facility in the state, but it does its job. Plus, a certain Doctor Cullen is pretty nice to look at. There's only one student who seems to have become quite a familiar face in the slightly drab hospital halls; Forks' resident danger magnet, Miss Isabella Swan of course!

Timber Museum and Visitor's Centre
With the extensive forests that loom around little old Forks, they take a bit of pride in knowing that their town used to be part of the logging capital of the world. That was until the governor signed a bill to make it illegal to cut down any trees. Therefore they stuck every tool of theirs into a museum and created a visitor center down below.

Wal-Mart
The town's local superstore, it's not as big as some of the others around the US, but it sells everything you could possibly want! A lot of the local students have jobs here to keep their cars on the road or just to earn a little extra money.

Bowling Alley
Teenagers are constantly attracted to this place for it's little restaurants built in and multiple lanes of bowling. Sometime depending on who is working, the children can smuggle a little booze out of the staff of the building but then again that's really hard to get away with. Running around a place like this hammered is guaranteed to end in some sort of accident and a trip to the emergency room.

Swyncliff Forest
Not a particularly special place if you're a human resident of the town, but there's rumours of larger than life wolves running through the trees. If you're brave enough to venture past the trees, you can always find a great little place to hang out, such as the meadow which is so beloved by Bella and Edward.

First Beach
As weird as this may sound, the First Beach is the lesser of the two beaches. It's only called First Beach because its the first one you come across! It's covered in rocks and driftwood, so its not exactly a great sunbathing place.

Second Beach
Contrary to its name, second beach is actually the nicer of the two. It's got clean sandy beaches, and bonfire pits in case you want to have one.

La Push High
Although its much smaller than Fork's High School, La Push's high school is organized much better. It's one large school, brown bricked in and out. There isn't a whole lot of students here, even smaller teenage population than Forks has.

The Reservation
The Indian Reservation is where the Quileute Indians reside, the Quileute rivier streching through much of this land. It's one of the smaller Indian Reservations in Washington. Sometimes in the night if you listen closely, you might hear wolves howling into the darkness...

Black Residence
A tiny red sided house on a huge piece of land is where the Black family resides. If you were to move around the house you'd notice a bunch of sheds pulled together to form a makeshift garage on one side, where young Jacob Black can often be found tweaking with his car.

The Cinema
Even though Seattle has a better selection of movies, the cinema in Port Angeles has a good number of new releases, and is a lot closer to Forks also. It's always got a crowd at the weekends, mainly teenagers from Forks. You might be able to catch a good albeit highly inaccurate vampire movie.

The Mall
Another popular hangout for Forks teens, the mall isn't huge like some other shopping centres but it has everything from clothes shops to stationary stores, along with the ever popular fast food restaurants and coffee bars.
