+ Swimming Pool
A swimming pool of great proportions, with the deepest end being over 3 metres for the four diving boards at the end, the swimming pool is an odd 'L'-shape at the back of the Manor.

+ Gardens
The gardens run all the way along the outside of the Manor, with a long stone path to accompany it. The flowers are amazingly well kept, though not many members of the Brotherhood themselves appreciate it.

+ Greenhouses
A few of the Brotherhood do sometimes enjoy to grow their own food. Some of them can use them for mutation practise, whilst others just can't afford to buy food from the city each day.
