+ Gardens
A large pathway stretches through the garden, which will lead you all the way around the mansion, eventually. The blooming flowers are beautiful and kept neat and tidy. Students and X-men alike both enjoy simply relaxing out here from time to time.

+ Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is on the edge of the grounds, near to the lake, which is made up of one large rectangular pool with a tiled area with a few sun-loungers for the sunbathers and a jacuzzi in the corner of the swimming pool, though slightly raised.

+ Sports Field
On the sports field can be played most athletics and sports imagineable. Marked out in the grass is a football, baseball and soccer pitch, there's a high-jump, sand-pit for long jump, a running track for sprint, long-distance and hurdles and a set of bleachers to observe from (though the bleachers do have other uses...).

In here are the very few vehicles of the X-men, including a few owned by the students, with four large metal electrical-opening doors which can be powered either by a key or a switch on the wall.

+ The Maze
The long, winding maze isn't what it used to be. A lot of students have walked through and become confused, usually triggering their powers and destroying a part of the maze itself.

+ Basketball Court
The basketball court can be used for playing basketball games, yes, but it also moves out under the grounds when the Jet prepares to leave from the Sub-Basement.

+ The Stablehouse
The Stablehouse is secluded within the forest to the West of the mansion, though they are still within walking distance of one another. In the Stablehouse are many animals which you would expect to find.
