2013…

Nov 21
Charles Xavier disappears from his mansion during the middle of the night - it is unknown where he is, who took him (if anyone actually did) and why he is now missing.

Dec 24
Xavier has now been presumed to be dead. As the X-men aren't wanting any news coverage after a recent fiasco during a failed rescue mission, they do not seek the help of the rest of the country, instead they only have themselves and their own resources to try and find Xavier. Ororo Munroe, Scott Summers and Jean Grey take charge of the mansion, along with the students. Meanwhile, Logan goes off in search of the professor, believing that he isn't dead and is still out there somewhere.

2014…

Feb 2
Only a month after taking charge of the X-team and the mansion's students, the three leaders of the X-men are faced with a problem - "The Cure" is wanted by thousands of mutants world-wide, once again. "The Cure," first and last being released almost a decade ago, is a supposed "cure" for the mutant gene. After a rebellion, however, the cure was banned by the government from being given to any mutant or even non-mutants around the world. Mutants are now wanting this cure to return to help them, as well as their children who may have appearance-changing mutations.

Feb 10
As the US government refuse, chaos ensues. Riots occur which many mutants join, protesting for and against the return of "The Cure."

Feb 26
The end of the rebellion. Hundreds of mutants have been killed in the short space of little more than two weeks including the X-men's own Bobby Drake and Rogue. Kitty Pryde, a member of the X-men is currently pregnant wit Bobby's child, which is due in two months time. Also killed in the battles were two of the three leaders: Scott Summers and Jean Grey. Now Ororo still leads with Kitty helping as much as she can, both trying their best to keep the mansion running and keeping the students safe.

May 6
An attack on the Whitehouse is made by John Allerdyce and Raven Darkhölme, two Brotherhood members - though the attack had not been issued by Magneto. The televised attack was "warning" humans of the upcoming mutant threat. To show what the "threat" was, the two mutants showed the US their president being brutally attacked and then killed, along with several of his bodyguards.

June 19
The new president (former vice president) has issued a new law after the murder of the deceased president which states that all mutants must be registered in a government database, no matter what their age. The law says that any mutants who do not register by the time of the deadline in August will be killed when found. To exclude the registered mutants from the unregistered mutants, chips are inserted to the forearm which can be detected by head-pieces worn by government "Bounty Hunters." This new group of government agents are specially trained to cope with any form of mutant - though there are flaws as to distinguishing one mutant from a human.

Sept 12
The deadline for registration for mutants (excluding those whose mutations are discovered after the registration time; these mutants may choose to register within a month of discovering their powers). Ororo decidedly advised students and teachers not to register, in case of a trap. Magneto has also told all Brotherhood members that they need not worry if they do not register, as they would be safe if they stuck by him. He also said that anyone who does register is a betrayer of the Brotherhood. A tipster, unknown whether he or she is a mutant, then gives the location of a large gathering of mutants on Graymalkin Lane - a.k.a. the Xavier Mansion - and the government are aware that no one has registered under this address as a mutant, therefore they devise a plan to send in some of their specially trained operatives. Aware of the risk imposed on her newborn son, Kitty sends him to an orphanage to live safely. As she left him, she gave him a name tag that said "Hi! I'm Bobby Pryde." Kitty left notes with him, onces which all talked about Xavier and the safe haven he had provided - though she had placed them in an envelope which said it was a private letter only for the eyes of young Bobby when he reached the age of twelve. Kittty knew that mutants were no longer safe, so she left him a seperate note in an envelope which had a request inside. She had written on the envelope that it had not to be opened until young Bobby's 21st birthday.

Sept 18
A night-time attack is put into action by the government with over fifty operatives infiltrating the Xavier Mansion, all armed with weapons which had tranquilizers, weapons which could killed, along with smoke bombs with poisonous gases inside (obviously the operatives wore gas masks). Many operatives died, though every mutants inside the mansion was killed, leaving no survivors.

Sept 30
The government perform yet another night-raid on the island of Genosha where Magneto is said to be in hiding. Unaware of who may be a mutant and who isn't, the operatives kill every citizen of Genosha, along with most members of the Brotherhod including John Allerdyce, whose human wife (who lived in New York) had recently given birth to their own son.

22 years later… 2036

All X-men mutants and members of the Brotherhood had been killed by 2018. Anonymous tipsters all gave in addresses and names of any unregistered mutants which had lead to a large division of the number of mutants on the planet, which included a four year search for a mutant the government only knew as "Wolverine," a.k.a. Logan. Kitty Pryde's son (Bobby Pryde) was now 22 and had read all of his mothers notes, along with the request in the seperate envelope which asked him to find a key that Kitty had hidden and reopen the Xavier Institute as a future safe house for mutants across the world. So Bobby did as his mother had asked and opened the institute, telling a few of the children who had discovered these mutations of the new home.

A threat, however, was then posed by James Allerdyce (son of John Allerdyce). He had learnt of his father over the years, finding out about his idea of two kinds of mutants, those like the Brotherhood and those like the X-men. After discovering his own mutations, he knew his father would've wanted him to join the Brotherhood - though due to a, shall we say, "lack of members" the only thing that young Allerdyce could do would be create his own and gather people to recruit mutants who could over-throw the government and make the country of the US theirs.

So there is now a new X-squad (still known as the X-men) and a new Brotherhood of Mutants (again, still known as the Brotherhood of Mutants, whom live inside 'Allerdyce Manor', which James bought after being left a huge sum of money from his mothers father) - each group being led by offspring of the original members, yet each group more powerful than the original as numbers grow.

The government have now stopped the registration act, but operatives roam the streets, being told to capture any mutant who uses their mutations out in the open. Even if there are no operatives in sight, they will show up quickly. Surveillence cameras are placed on every street corner, no matter where in the US you may be, you will be found out.

A new era of mutants is upon us.
Those who stand alone won't last.
Those who join the fight won't last.
You only chance of survival is to hope you survive.
