Like barely anyone has died from it, and it's taken ages to move to the US, and the last time we had a flu it all went away.
Still, the news has to say something else than "The ecomony still sucks".

The death toll is what, nearly 200? But they were all Mexicans, so its ok. But when a fat American dies, THEN ITS FUCKING PAYBACK.

That report is very dubious. The WHO says
QUOTE (http://www.who.int/csr/don/2009_04_29/en/index.html)
29 April 2009 -- The situation continues to evolve rapidly. As of 18:00 GMT, 29 April 2009, nine countries have officially reported 148 cases of swine influenza A/H1N1 infection. The United States Government has reported 91 laboratory confirmed human cases, with one death. Mexico has reported 26 confirmed human cases of infection including seven deaths.

QUOTE (BBC)

CONFIRMED CASES
Mexico: 159 suspected deaths - seven confirmed
US: one death, at least 91 confirmed cases
Canada: 13 confirmed cases
UK: 5 confirmed cases
Spain: 10 confirmed cases
Germany, New Zealand: 3 confirmed cases each
Israel: 2 confirmed cases
Austria: 1 case

Also:

QUOTE (BBC)
The UN's World Health Organization has raised the alert over swine flu to level five - one short of a full-blown global epidemic, or pandemic.

It's no more deadly or contagious than the regular flu.

Seriously, this whole "pandemic" shit is fucking retarded.

First were cows. The bovine madness.
Chicken's turn was next. The sweet and sour revenge.
Newest arrival: the swines. The beacon of death.

2011 will be sheep year don't you agree?

Well look at bird flu and SARS, both lasted a long time and didn't spread, in about 3 days this achieved what both of them failed to do so in several years.

So yeah, be a bit worried about it. Anyway, way it's shaping up I wont have to sit my exams (they'll be cancelled once the WHO declares warning level 6) and I'll just get given by predicted grades. I sure do hope it mutates soon and kills 10s of 1000s.
