With your board being around five months old, I think your member count of 41 is just a little bit below what it could be. Also, some of your members, like most forums, have 0 post. To me these subtract to your total members, as they are just a waste of space. Being a small forum, you do have many post and a lot of topics. But also like many forums, the majority of your activity is located withing your General board. Even though you say that your forum is General, people would also like to see the other boards booming as well. It is good to see the activity, but try getting your members to post constructive topics and post elsewhere besides the Forum Games section.
The originality of your board isn't so great either. It seems like these general boards pop up all over the place, which is another factor of why your member count is just under par. It is nice to see that you have a Graphics section, and it is doing very good with it's activity. Also, I am quite perplexed as why you have an Off Topic section. Being a General theme for your forum, I think that you could better your layout of your boards, and have a more effective forum. Also, one thing that irritated me the most was the fact that you only capitalized the first word of each forum, ex: "Anime section", also the fact tat you use "section" in the titles. That itself makes the forum look unprofessional and unattractive. I suggest that you create some unique names for your sections, and to spice up the layout of your sections.
You are the only admin, and you are very active and helpful in your forum as from what I seen. One admin is a great choice seeing that your board is still pretty small. Your two moderators are also doing an excellent job, and two is the right number for this time too.
As for the way your board looks, you did a nice job with the skin. It looks good, and I think it matches your forum very well. When your board becomes big, try getting a customized skin. You can create it, or you can mess with it with your fellow members.
Overall I really liked your forum. Even though I got annoyed looking at your board names, and the layout of your boards, you are doing a good job. Just remember to fix the problems that I discussed, and your forum will be even better.
7.2 is a good score, so be proud of it, and keep working on making it higher!
