[ We see Terry Masters, THE Living Classic, sitting quietly in the sun room of his house. gazing out the windows at the fall foliage, his feet up on a foot rest, a scotch on the rocks sitting on the table next to him.]
Terry Masters : So on November 13th, I step into a VWA ring for the first time. It's never easy stepping into a new company for the first time. Leaving the security of having worked amongst the same circle of guys for years and stepping into a whole new environment.
[Terry takes a sip of his scotch.]
TM: But, the thrill of the unknown, of facing new oppomnents nad teaching them one very simple lesson. And that lesson is this, I am the Living Classic! I am a second generation athlete and I will not be intimidated.
[Terry leans back in his chair.]
TM: And so on the 13th I have a match with Takuya Tozawa, my big debut. Tozawa I hope you're up for it. Because from the look at your record you have a certain fondness for staring up at the lights. And against me it is not going to be any different. see you then kid.
[Scene fades.]

Tozawa sits back in his comfy chair, once again behind his desk. He has his head buried in his hands again as he stressfully moves them up and through his hair. He let's out a deep sigh as he looks up at the camera sitting across the room.
Tozawa: Really? The Living Classic? A man who barely has the decency to show his face on screen? Really? I waited this long to respond, hoping to actually get something more than that intro of a paper you produced. If I was grading this, you'd have recieved an F for sure.
But, that should be expected for someone who already has proven he can't do his homework very well. About the only thing you could get right is my record. Thing you've failed to realise is I've only lost once- ONCE- in singles action since returning this this company. Of my twelve matches total in this company, six of them were Battle Royals... which has risen to my hatred of the very concept. In this company, I've only been pinned twice. Yeah, my record is nothing to sneeze at, but staring up at the lights is not something I do too often. Get your facts straight first Masters, before you spew off at the mouth.
And the next time you call someone kid, maybe you should be able to back up your claims first. For all I know, you're entering your first match period here. Why? Well, I can't seem to find footage of you wrestling anywhere before. Means either A- you're wrestling as a rookie or B- you've wrestled for no where that mattered. I'm guessing at the latter, a small fish in an even smaller pond. Well, you're dancing with the sharks now, and I'm what I like to consider as the Gatekeeper, a butler if you will. You see, it's quite simple- I'm a teacher for a reason. I'm your first test here in the VWA and well, considering how you fair against me will show everyone else just how far you'll go. Travis Daniels beat me and moved onto stardom over a year ago. Hector Venegas pinned me and he's now a tag team champion. Those people I defeated... well, no one remembers their name. So it's real simple, Terry... you have to get through me in order to go ANYWHERE in this company. And I don't go down easily...
Luckily, I'm in a good mood though. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and just assume your another pompous, egomaniacal ass who thinks he's better then everyone, based on the little verbalage you had before... and well, the fact you consider yourself a classic and a master. I, well, I have been a little on edge lately so, a bit of a warning- don't do anything else stupid. Just some friendly advice from your teacher. Now, come back with something a little more insightful, and we'll see just how masterful you are with words. I just hope you're not as easy to disect in the ring... that wouldn't be fun at all, now would it?

The scene opens with Tozawa pacing back and forth in his office. He's feverishly chewing a nail on his left hand as he stares down at the ground.
Tozawa: I don't get it- I just DON'T get it. I give you all the time in the world to make a good first impression, and you fail miserably. I give you every chance possible to make a second good impression Masters, because I'm just that nice. But once again, I've been taken advantage of. You didn't heed my advice, which means you ignored my warning. You ignore me, and you're going to have hell to pay. This isn't going to be your normal dark match, oh no. This Gatekeeper is going to make sure you to make it to the Game at all.
I guess you'll just be another mark in my slow-growing win column... although, like I always say, wins aren't everything. Hell, look at Brian Gun... he's got as many victories under his belt as me, yet his popularity is growing through the roof. Why, 'cause he kicked a VWA legend out of a ring? Pssh, if I knew that's all it took, I might have tried a bit harder in all these Battle Royals and what not. If all it took was throwing Lawson or Omen five feet over the ropes, I would have probably focused a little more. But I didn't think it was important at the time. My bad.
So Rekkah, Jude... I gotta ask you now then- what do I have to do in order to get noticed around here? I've forgone any idea of creating new talent for you, because they all think they know everything. The only way they'll learn anything is for me to stomp them through the floor, but I can't get that chance if you keep me in the dark all the time. I've only been pinned once since my return to VWA, and only once before that... so, I ask, what more do I have to do to get your attention? Do I have to go beat up Armanno like Lockheart, or maybe beat down Mr. E like Krys. Why don't I just kill a kitten or two and leave their corpses in your desks- would that get your attention? Just tell me what I have to do, Bossman and Bosslady... and I'll do it. I'm tired of the being the gatekeeper- I'm tired of being overlooked. Take me off the bench and put me back in the game Coach... and I'll have a smile bigger than Miles Austin's. I'm beggin' ya now... give me a shot.
Tozawa puts his finger back in his mouth and keeps chewing on the nail as the screen fades to black.
