Well the time has come.
It all started many years ago as a wee little boy growing up in Frankston. Since then the furthest I’ve been away from there is where I am now, Mt Martha. But as life goes on our dreams float by, but not this time, This time I took the chance, accepted the job and by the end of the month will be living & working with Telstra in Queensland.
I’ve done many things, some good and some bad, but seem to have spent lots of my adult life around 4wds and for the last part of my life, The Vic All Terrain 4wd Club has been at the forefront. I have enjoyed the club, stuck with it thru good and bad but will not be around to steer the ship from now on as living 2000km away will make attending meeting a little hard to manage!! I am certain the club will continue to grow and move forward with the current committee and I plan to stay a member and will be more than happy to lead trips around the beautiful beaches Queensland has on offer.
Beno will step in as acting President till someone else can be found and I’m sure he will lead the club in the right direction. If you think you may be interested in the role please give him a call to discuss this matter further.

My dads doing fine as the stroke was a minor 1. He's in RPA in Sydney for tests which is where we saw him. Funny thing, and 1 I never considered, was loosing GPS signal on the sat nav whilst in the tunnel rolleyes.gif See we had to exit the tunnel before the end wacko.gif
Anyway we had a coffee before heading north and are now at Seal Rocks (south of Taree not on Phillip's Island) and will head off in the morning.
Tuesday night....
