As it is stated in the rules, as well as the celebrity claim, please do not claim a celebrity before you have been approved as a character. Its not fair to someone who might have posted their application before you have, and you both might be trying to claim the same celebrity. Also, please do not post an avatar, or a signature before your character has been accepted. Again not fair to others who might have been here first, and are in the process of being approved.
