Empire State Building located in New York City. It stood as the world's tallest building for 40 years with 102 stories and a roof height of 1,250 feet. Now it is deciding to replace its 400 existing standard lamps with 1200 newly designedLED Strip Light. It was said that this retrofit project will help Empire State Building saving energy by 20%. "After one year, we have proven that investing in energy efficiency gives building owners a dollars-and-cents advantage," said Dave Myers, a president at Johnson Controls, which conducted the retrofit.
